Hey everyone, no one is really updating so i decided to.. Well i haven't been doing very well but today i started back again trying to eat healthy and make my target calories. I really would like to lose about 6 pounds before graduation, i hope that is possible ill post my weight tomorrow but i am pretty sure i gained :( |

alexa- My birthday is june 8th so its coming up very soon. I bought a pair of white skinny jeans and a flowy tank top tunic but its pretty dressy, & its light purple, blue and green. I also bought some white sandals.
Well since its weight in day
goal for next week: 127
But i feel like i've been doing so crappy the last few days not really counting and eating some bad stuff. |

Hello everyone sorry i haven't posted in a couple days i've been very busy with school & my friends. I didn't count yesterday because i just didn't really feel like it. I made a awesome italian macoroni and cheese last night with chicken and garlic bread it was the bomb. I really love cooking. I got to go shopping a couple days ago and i got a reallycute birthday outfit but i still need to buy my graduation dress but i wanted to be about 125 when i went shopping for one. well tomorrow i guess were weighing in i dont know if i even lost weight this week. Probably not i haven't been doing to good the last few days. Maybe ill update later about what i ate today. |

Great job sourapple for trying to hold yoursef accountable. I haven't done much mindless eating lately but i used to big time. & yes the school thing is awesome! so much better than staying at regular school. Summer goals: 1. lose 15 lbs Well thats all i can think of for now ill probably write more later. |

Hey all just thought i say hello today. Well I got out of school a bit ago and now i have to go to work quite soon which sucks but i love the money :) lol. Does anyone else have a job yet? I have been saving my money for about 2 months or less now and already have a pretty decent amount saved up, i'm really happy. Sourapple- I love cooking too! I go to a occupation skills center half of my day instead of staying at regular school and i am in culinary arts! We bascially run our own restaurant! Its so fun and such good expierence. Is something like this offered at your school? And thank you for the lunch ideas i like the pita with hummus idea trader joes has really good hummus i've tried the jalopeno one and also the white bean one. Neffly- Your exercise plan sounds great! I'm not exercising much right now because of school and work interfering so I am kind of waiting till school gets out to start a program. right now its mostly just trail running when i have the time. I really would like to not only lose weight but to get very toned, that is one of my goals this summer. Anyone else have goals they would like to achieve over the summer? |

Hey so its sunday and usually today is the day i relax and dont really count calories but i try not to overeat as well. So asmy treat for today I had 2 pieces of blueberry streusle bread and it was so yummy! Torie: trail running is really fun but its a super intense workout. Good job on pushing yourself to run, i need modivation too. 3 miles is good! But if you feel its not enough just keep running untill your tired. lol Try starting out with adding another mile. Alexa: Hello and welcome to our group, I am glad you feel like you have things in common with us because i think that is what makes a good group. You gotta feel connected with the people your talking to. I to have been in a weight gain- lose cylcle similar to yours however i did not lose as much weight as you. It is very frustrating because you know how you have been at a lower weight and somehow you are now at this higher weight and you feel like your body isn't at the right weight now. but i know that the more times i will try means i will eventually get it and be able to maintain my lower weight with out gaining weight back. To everyone else: What are some of your healthy lunch staples, I'm sick of my sandwiches so if you have some ideas for me i would be so greatful! :) |

I think i am starting to get sick :( today i weight 131 which is weird because yesterday i was 132.. maybe i was bloated or something.. Neffly: thanks for your reply post, those are some good ideas. Yesterday i actually just brought some food with me over to my friends house. I am going to try what you said about cutting my meal in half and so on. & your post about babysitting made me hungry! lol Just try to find all the good for you food at the peoples house your babysitting at. Thats awesome you love fruit and veggies so just stick to stuff you know is good for you wehn you there. Amanda: yeah & dont forget all the free starbucks drinks! lol. I usually try to eat something before i go out but maybe i should try to eat something a little bit bigger to keep me full longer so i won't fall for tempation. I hope your not feeling to down about your gain, it was only a very small one so you shouldnt feel bad about it at all. you sound like your already a thin girl you weigh less than me and are 7 inches taller! lol Hello to everyone else, torie and sourapple. Sourapple i hope you dont gain weight back a lot like i do sometimes i feel like it harder to maintain my weight than actually lose weight. Do you ever feel like that? Anyone exersice here? I recently started trail running :) |

I agree on a day we should weigh in on Friday is today so lets do it today! lol Current weight: 132
About my struggles I have a problem when hanging out w/ friends (esp. my boyfriend) to eat healthy and not eat the junk food everyone else eats (lots of frozen goodies, toaster biscuts with loads of butter, starbucks food i get for free). SO bascially NONE of my friends care about eating healthy, i know i am doing this for me but its so tempting to just eat all the bad stuff when there is no healthy options for me. Anyone have suggestions for me? How about your struggles starting off? |

I am deff interested in a group that actually lasts, I am trying to lose weight again after gaining about ten pounds. Originally I lost 20 pounds the healthy way last year so i quit counting cals for awhile & i ate way too much. So now i am back for more support. My name is Bee and I am 17 my current weight is 132 I would like to get back down to 120 first and i dont know if i want to lose anymore weight after that. also i am 5'2 I work at starbucks :) |

I guess i admire the models with big boobs, abs & curvy hips. They're are not many of these types of models. I guess i like the ones that are swimsuit & lingerie. Like the sports illustrated & playboy models. Victorias secret has some winners too but i noticed lately they have been publishing a lot more skinny skinny girls, whats the deal? |

1. My curves- no matter how much weight i lose I still have some curves which i love & so does my man! 2. My hair- its really soft & getting long. 3. My smile- its genuwine, I'm not a fake person. 4. My eyelashes- I can make them super long! & they are already pretty dark & thick. |

Can i join? If its not too late i would love to join since june is when i plan on reaching my goals. I am about 129 pounds right now. I want to get down to 110-115 I am 17 & 5'2 I got down to 120 awhile back but gained over fall & holidays. I also wanna become more active & find other activies outside & not just going 2 the gym. |
