Thanks for your replies! I guess I will eat my apple to make sure I'm not starving by the time the first few plates arrive, and I will stick to the steamed stuff (steam buns are my fave!) I've been to the gym 30m every day this week, so I'll maybe try to throw a bit more cardio on top of my workout to compensate instead of trying to keep the intake at 1200. |

I agree with those who are requesting a simplified version of CC for mobile web users :) Being able to log and see where my balances are at online (quickly & without the graphic bloat) would be awesome! |

An associated request! It would be great if I could tag foods in GROUPS. I know I can make a recipe, but I always take my coffee with milk and my bread with PB but it seems stupid to make a recipe for that. I just wish I could tag them together and add them at once... maybe a checkbox system, where you can choose from things with the same tag? |

Thanks for your replies!! I know I need a fitness goal, but I don't have one yet. I need to meditate more on that. I have no desire to run marathons or lift impressive amounts. Last summer I climbed a mountain with a group of friends and I wasn't able to keep up, and I have other friends who have biked across the country, and I feel like that is something that I couldn't do now but would like to. Because I am so busy, I can't climb a mountain/bike crazy distances every weekend to test myself, so I'm still thinking about what could be a reasonable analog. I do want to lose inches, particularly on my arms and thighs. |

This is very disconcerting, just applied to change my username. I remember seeing the checkbox for no indexing, but now going back and looking to verify that it is checked, I can't find it! What tab is it under? |

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
