Hi, I'm pretty much in the same boat. I just turned 54 and have been dieting all my life. I really don't consider myself dieting but just trying to get healthy now. I have had blood pressure problems. For the past year I have been walking religiously and have managed to lose about 20 pounds but I can't seem to budge much on the scales any more. I did try to incorporate weight training and believe it did help but since have stopped that again. I need motivation. |
