aha! 6 grams of fiber. so that explains 24 calories of it, but that still leaves about 70 mystery calories..whats the deal? |

mmm i'm definitely loving the idea of the yogurt granola parfait. yum yum. And Jenny8484, I totally know what you mean when you say you eat it so fast with milk. Maybe i'll try it dry as well because that is definitely a problem of mine as well. |

thanks for the help everyone. I think i'll plan on ordering the egg white omelet with veggies and then if I really want the pancakes when I get there, then I WILL GET THEM..heck it is one breakfast! Some times I need help remembering that. So if I were to crack and get the pancakes ;) would the bran pancakes be the best to get? calorie wise and nutrition wise? I'm pretty good with syrup as in I know not to drench my pancakes when I use it and I don't like butter. But as far as the kind of pancake? what do you guys think? |

Mmm i'm liking that idea dplatzer, that way I could have an answer to "why are you getting all side orders? why not just get the 10 stack of pancakes with 500 calorie syrup?" :) The oatmeal and the omelets sound good though too. uh oh i'm going to want to try everything! Thanks all for posting though, that definitely helped me. oh and p.s. sorry I accidentally posted this twice. The first time I posted it, it said it didn't work so I had to retype it up again and post it and then I saw that it did work. haha but sorry to be a double poster, I know how annoying that gets. |

The somewhat same thing happened to me only it involved my daily calorie amount- not my fat intake. But for some reason whenever I would add a dash of black pepper to the list it would bump me up 255 calories! I couldn't figure out why my calories seemed so high for like 3 days straight haha |

anyone have a great harvest bread company by them? I'm ADDICTED to their oat bran bread.. so so good! nutritional stats for each piece: 100 cals; 4g fat; 4g fiber; 5g protein; carb 24g I know there are breads with a lot less calories in them (more than half!) but bread is one thing that is worth it to me- fills me up SO much better than the sara lee light bread all though that stuff is great for a light snack:) |

wow I'm sorry chrissy for all of the crap you are getting and in my opinion both fidget and agruskin need to back off. Chrissy was simply asking if one day of not meeting her calorie goal is going to make a differencce or not. People trying to LOSE weight on this site that go over every so often and post about it don't get crap from everyone else.. instead everyone tells them to forget it and move on to the next day. This post wasn't meant to be an attack on Anyone. sorry if it comes off that way at all. Just wanted to voice my opinon.:) |

I agree, vanilla soymilk and special k with strawberrys is amazing! And somehow vanilla soymilk has less sugar than skim milk, how does that work out when it tastes SO much sweeter? i'm definitely not complaining though. I think I might just go make some cereal.. |
