1. What was the best tasting thing you ate this week? Vegan carrot cake w/ walnuts and raspberry sauce. HEAVEN! :DD

Lunch- Tofu vegetable lasagna w/ vegan parmesan topping + organic vegetable soup w/ oyster crackers.
Snack- Luna chocolate mint cookie.

These were my favorites when I was vegetarian. :) (Unless some are vegan?)
Favorite cereal and why- Autumn wheat, it is crunchy dry and soft when damp, it's sweet and filling and it is so much tastier than frosted wheats.
How do you like it- With soymilk.
Do you like the hot cereals?- Nope, no oatmeal packets for me.
Do add anything to it- To the granola or honey sunshine cereal sometimes I add flaxseed meal, cinnamon, or a banana.
Favorite "bar" products? TLC peanut peanut butter granola bar.
Do you eat it as a snack, a meal replacement, or what? Snack.
Have you tried the frozen dinners? Yes.
What's your favorite one? I only tried one and I hated it.
Do you regularly eat any of the other kashi products? No.
Do kashi products help you maintain your weight? Or lose..yes, I guess.
What's your overall-can't live-without-it kashi products? All of ther granola bars! :) |

Breakfast - Peanut butter granola mixed with oatmeal and omega 3 soymilk and topped w/ banana.
Lunch - Peanut butter n' jelly sandwich, grapes, chocolate soymilk.
Snack- Cashew-cookie larabar.
Dinner- Cheeze quesidillas, refried beans, chips, and brown rice with spinach and spices.

- The smell of buttered popcorn or a biscuit from like Bob Evan's give me a headache.
- Sour cream or cottage cheese freaks me out.
- I HAVE TO SMELL FOOD! Seriously, right before my dad eats his food I ask him if I can smell it. :]
- I like fried potaters or french fries dipped in hummus.
- I only like the pie crusts, not the filling. (Though, i'm vegan can't eat it anymoreee)
- One time when I was little I went to a summer camp and I ate saurkraut and apple juice, my dad came to pick me up to take me to a kid party thing with my friend and I have >O< gas and stomache cramps all day and night. I hate saurkraut or cabbage now.
- I'm addicted to food. I think about it day & night.

I'm having a tye between blueberries and apples but my favorite fruit juice is acai berry w/ mango juice. I want to try real acai berries someday! :)
+ I also like unsweetend shredded coconut --- fruit, righttt?
OH YEAH! I love banana's in oatmeal, pancakes, on waffles, in smoothies, in dry cereal, on ANYTHING sweet. I'm not really a fan of them alone though.

Today is a maintain day because my it's my dad's birthdayyy! Ohh dadd. :D
Breakfast- Oatmeal made w/ water topped w/ flaxseed meal, agave nectar, unsweetend coconut, blueberries, and a spoonful of dark chocolate peanut butter Snack- Banana w/ spoonful of dark chocolate peanut butter Lunch- 1/2 tempeh chickenless salad sandwich, homemade pepper soup w/ oyster crackers. Snack- Endangered species dark chocolate orange. Dinner- Soy pesto tortellini, brown rice, and homemade pepper soup w/ oyster crackers. Dessert- Chocolate peanut butter soy delicious topped w/ raw almonds.
IM GOING TO TRY ORGANIC FRUIT!! I've been very curious about it. I love organic foods anyway. <333 +++ PB&Co, I don't know them very well, but I LOVE THEM. |

- In Jan. I went to panera bread, and instead of getting a cinnamon crunch bagel I got a whole grain bagel.
- We went to a cafe and I didn't get ANY dessert.
- We went to a mexican cafe once and I didn't eat any of the chips and salsa! >OOO<
- At school my friend always offers me junkfood and I always say no thanks! Take thattt.

Oh I just thought of a new one(s)!
- You know Perkins and Bob evans? Well there biscuits, the smell and taste of them make me sick (Like car sick, sick). I mean, they taste good but gross --- at the same time. It's pretty weird. o_o
- I like eating spinach from the bag or dipping it in hummus.
- I like eating spicy jalepeno peppers raw, too.
- I hate raw carrots but love cooked carrots in soup.
- I like putting hot sauce on ANYTHING! Unless maybe soy ice cream...

- I can't just EAT a sandwich/wrap/bars/ect. with my hands I have to tear it and eat it piece by piece..
- I can't eat a handful of foods..I have to eat it one by one.
- My dad likes putting peanut butter & j on an everything bagel. o_O
- I like dejion spicy mustard on bread --- nothing else.
- I like eating pasta plain.
- I like putting chili powder or cinnamon on my popcorn.
- Shredded coconut in my oatmeal, smoothie, or yogurt.
- Potatoes + BBQ sauce or Mustard = <3
- Soy ice cream in my hot chocolate.
- When I was little I used to eat onions raw...yum. ;DD
