i want to not walk around wondering if people think i'm fat i want to 'wow' everyone when i go back and see my family in new jersey this summer i want to look good on the beach in bermuda i want to feel good ((and pretty)) in my own skin.
...it all sounds kind of shallow, but i think that comes with being a female teenager. there really is pressure to look a certain way and being surrounded by stick thin sorority girls doesn't help. |

i usually use the treadmill at an incline but i just consider it cardio. While i know that the added incline helps to build more muscle i don't think of it in the same way as i would doing leg weight machines or other weight lifting exercises for my legs. It burns more calories and your legs will get more toned so i just think of it kinda as a bonus in my cardio routine. |
