yes! now i remember thats what it was called when i bought it from an syrian goods store. In turkish we call it örgü peyniri but i really wanted to know the common known name. thanks heaps sireenb and buggyhair:) |

past few days been on holiday so i didnt really count just ate what i felt like which has helped me alot rather than controlling exaclty what im eating. yesterday B: 3 slices rye toast w. Today I had super yummy Oatmeal made with wholegrain oats, a splash of milk, a dash of splenda, a few tbs of kelloggs all bran fiber plus for a bit of crunch and finally I stirred it all together with a tbs PB it was heavenly! :P |

personally i think there is no NOT overdoing it with nutella its just ones of those foods you cant get enough of...but how ever if you have strong will power you can enjoy it from time to time like for instance putting a dollop of it over fresh fruits, ice cream, oatmeal etc. i use to always love spreading a bit(a little goes a long way) of it on wholegrain lebanese pita and poppin it in the microwave for 30 secs then rollin it up and enjoying that melted sweetness! the perfect snack for chocolate craving instead of a chocolate bar thats too overloaded with sugar. |

I made my yummy banana almond butter oatmeal today BUT I didnt end up eating it cos I found nutella in my cupboard woohoo! and had it 2 slices of WG toast with a glass of milk. Mmmm nutella, am I the only one who can eat a full jar and still want more? :P |
