I'd like to be slim by April 4th (day of my trip to London and Paris!). cw: 116 gw: 102-105 I'm 5'6 with a very petite frame. In order to be 116 lbs. I have to eat about 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day! |

Actually I heard to increase weight loss, it's better not to eat two hours before one goes to bed. I think the logic in this is because once you've finished digesting your meal and you go to sleep, the body will tap into fat reserves for energy while you sleep (yes, we do burn calories in our sleep or inactivity). |

| Foods | Greek Yogurt is not as good for you as regular (source Shape magazine)? | Jan 10 2009 22:12 (UTC) |

I think Fage Greek Yogurt is the best on the market. All other yogurts are much higher in sugar, and from what I've checked, more calories. If you get the 170 gram size, (Total 0%) has 90 calories and 15 grams of protein. The thick texture also makes my stomach feel more full. It tastes great with a 0 calorie sugar alternative like Splenda, or Stevia (found at Trader Joe's, made from a plant/thus all natural/even vegan certified, many health benefits unlike the previous, used frequently in Japan and South America). |
