ME! I started running in January and then stopped towards the middle of March but I started again on April..I can't remember..Oh it was Saturday soo.. April 11th. I'm not doing any run but I really want to get in shape! I would run 4x a week for about 20-25 minutes and slowly working my way up. I'm 15 (16 on August 10th!) 5'8 and 168. I agree about the portion control =X I'm bad at that tooo! Motivation is something I lack...lol But I am good at motivating people! Let me Know!
