Anything Else You'd Like To Share? i have a hard time understanding the weight thing. i do enjoy heading to the gym and weight training. and i know that muscle weighs more than fat so when you are setting a goal of what your weight should be how do you take that into consideration?? confused?? or do you start using measurements instead???
