I'm 19, 168 lbs (Goal Weight :140), and 5'7"! I actually lose weight when I was at school (not too much of a drinker, and the dining hall food isn't too appetizing) but the second I came home, I gained 20 lbs! Being surrounded by real food and LOTS of it was absolutely horrible! Now I'm on a mission to drop that fat and then some! |

I'm most active and awake at night. I exercise usually at Midnight, sometimes later. It doesn't make me hyper afterwards, so after I take a long, hot shower, I snuggle in bed and fall asleep. =0] |
