If I'm not careful I develop a huge addiction to peanut butter and extra dark chocolate. In fact, together they're great, mwahaha

I convince my parents to avoid buying them altogether. If they're not in the fridge, they're not being accounted for

I think it's okay to think about your body in whatever way you like.

(Big, average, small, what have you..)

The problem is that someone else is doing the thinking for us. It's not simply the media's fault, either - this is like anything else: an idea is established that something is "right" and suddenly flocks of people are dropping pounds like there's a famine. All it takes is one person to ignore all of that and think for themselves to turn out a winner among followers.

Imagine yourself as the person you want to be - whether that's somebody outgoing, beautiful, funny, whatever - then walk into a room and be just that. Everyone is too into themselves to even think about whether you really are confident or if you're just playing a role. Practice it enough and you'll get comfortable in your own skin :) Nothing wrong with being yourself, in fact people notice that and love it
