okay so.. "flabby" .. what exactly do you define as flabby? i mean if it's just not nice, firm abs then i'm ok w/that.. for now i'm focusing on getting rid of the fat on my face, arms, etc. (wherever it decides to come off) and would like my stomach flatter, .. not neccesarily toned.. maybe when i'm down to my goal weight i was thinking about then incorperating a little cardio and some weight training to firm up.. depending on how i look & feel. cardio is the killer for me. i am completley miserable when i exersize and time goes by sooo slow.. anyway, whats your guys' definition of flabby? |

Pop: diet mountain dew Brand of bottled water: its whateverr Gum or mints: anything zero cal. Type of nuts: not a big fan of nuts.. maybe peanuts? Type of chocolate: ugh.. all of it Sports drink: none Type of chips: sour cream or doritos Breakfast bread: omgg dso cszj ced stuffed french toast Flavor or taste: sweet OTHER QUESTIONS: What do you absolutely refuse to eat? peas! The most disgusting thing you have ever eaten? peas? Would you rather eat alone, with strangers, or with friends and family? with others.. binge when alone.. Would you say you have good table manners? yeaaa If you have pets, do they ever get table scraps? once in awhile Ever eaten dog, cat, other animal food? nope First thing you usually feel like eating when you wake up? coffee Do you chew gum? yesss all the time Health food or junk food? depends.. ofcourse junk food taste better and i like it more, but i'd rather eat health food Are you overweight? "average" but planning on losing to be at the lower end of my bmi Are you allerigic to any kind of food? nope What's your favorite pizza topping? only cheese Organic or not? depends Are you vegetarian? neverr Favorite Food? carbs.. sweets and bread, junk food period. Vegetable of the Year? potatoes, which aren't even really a veg I don't think? greenbeans maybe? not a big fav of veggies. Ever eaten spam? tried it the other day, no thanks! |

but the thing is i don't feel hungry or deprived at all. and when i binge i eat until i actually feel sick or my stomach hurts. i try to stay as close to 1200 calories a day as possible i'm not very active.. between college and work i don't have time to exersize. so i don't see why my body would feel or be famished anyway.. |

thats good. what are your stats? height/weight, etc. and do you exersize? i would LOVE it if i could use this method and lose weight consistantly. except i'd probabley do a little less then 1800 on my every other days. |

yep.. sure does! BUT I MISS IT.. i hate this cold weather! same here, it went from the the 20-30s this week to the 70s today! what part of fl are you in? thanks for the feedback/support :) |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
