myth? homie its proven by the germans cold water has pretty much the kind of effect cayenne has except for the fact that cayenne is hot n the water will be cold would you like the link? before you start talking about something you dont know about

dude i thought i was tiny homie you need more calories  i diet with 1800 calories and im 5,3    15 years old  105 pounds  your small and skinnier then me and older that cant be healthy

look i would suggest boosting your metabolism my friend i dnt know how many times i tellpeople this you boost your metabolism= more calories burned witch means you dont have to starve yourself

look first let me say im not the kinda person to answer a question if i dont know anything ima bout to put i reserched it.     

             well first no its not cause of peanut butter studys show that diets with 50% more fat are just as good as any other diets.  its if you go over a certain amount of calories that will make you gain weight. whats happening to you is probably the fact that your eating so little witch causes your body to start slowing your metabolism so you can live off of what your eating    now im no genious but i do my homework n i encorporate what ima bout to say into my daily nutrition plan.   id say to work on geting your metabolism back up here are a few of hundreds of tips i know and use.

1. on an empty stomach drink cold i emphasize "cold" water the water causes a thermo effect on your body boosting your metabolism by 25%! for the next  90 min.

2. a spice known as cayene pepper also has a thermo effect theres a variety of ways you can take it the metabolic response lasts up to 3 hours

3. good ol  green tea self explanatory

4.eat breakfast just by eating breakfast boosts your metabolism by 20 percent cause you havent eatin the whole time your sleeping so when you wake up if you dont eat your bodyw illl litterally think your startving n thus itll slow your metabolism down . ive wrote enough if your intrested in more ways just message me i hope atleast 1 piece of info. helps

im no expert but you might just have to get used to it . its a different eating habit your body is experiencing n itll prob. benifit you in the long run just eating breakfast boosts your metabolism enourmously witch = more calories burned through out the day i used to no eat breakfast but ever since i started working out i do

isee isee isee  at first when i read i thought it said eat 100-300 calories a day for 1 week i almost pooped myself  =p

i take in around 90-120 grams of protein daily so is that too  little ? n thnks for advice

1100 calories are you  trying to kill yourself or what  is it jst me or is everybody nuts i at least eat 1800 and thats when im dieting today i ate like 2500 im 5,3     15 years old i excersize but not too much
