| buddy07 and I are in the same boat. I'm stuck at 176, but would like to be in the 160's by Christmas, with an ultimate goal of 145 by the end of March, my birthday month. I started at 232, so I've come a long way, but I just hit my first platueu and I'm not dealing with it well. Everyday has been a struggle. I'm going to keep checking in here in hopes of staying motivated. | |||

| I'm still bouncing all around the 170's, with 173 being the lowest. This morning I weighed in at 177. Go figure. It's been this way for almost 2 months. Those 160's cannot come soon enough! I'm going to try to up my protien a bit and see if that beaks this plateau of sorts.
Happy day everyone! |

| I don't think I could ever eat baby food from a jar, but I did manage to find a great low calorie snack in the same aisle of the grocery. Gerber Fruit Puffs are great! Only 25 calories for 80 of them, or 125 calories for the the entire container. They are yummy and come in all sorts of great flavors. I'm a "muncher", so these have really been a lifesaver for me. | |||

| Hello all. I'm still stuck in the 170's...175.5 to be exact. At almost 5'8", I'd like to be around 150. 140 would be ideal in my eyes, but I think that might be a bit difficult to maintain. I've been on a plateau of sorts since 8/31. I recently started a new exercise program, and although the scale isn't budging, my clothes are fitting better and I've lost inches.y hoping the scale starts moving again soon. | |||

| I have her aerobic strip tease DVD as well and love it. It's the one exercise DVD I own that I do not dread doing most days. It's actually fun! | |||

| I had always dreamed of a size 10, but honestly, I am finally wearing a few 10's/some 12's, I am still not happy. I think I'd feel better in an 8. I do also still have about 14 pounds to lose, so I think the 8 will be a reachable goal. | |||

| Fitness | Weight gain but inches lost? | Sep 24 2006 07:55 (UTC) |

| I feel as thought I could have written this post. Well, except for the 19% body fat part...ahhhh, a girl can dream, can't she?!?! :)
I recently started exercising 6 days a week and have put on 5 pounds. I haven't measured yet. Tomorrow is WI and measurements, but I "feel" smaller. I've been at it for 3 weeks, with another 3 weeks to go on the Slim in 6 program. I am hoping like mad that the photos and measurements show some sort of loss of inches. It's discouraging to see the scale climbing. For a week or so, I was convinced that it was waterweight, but now, I'm not so sure. |

| This same thing is happenning to me. ALthough I feel I've lost inches, the scale is showing a 7 pound gain. I'm eating well and also exercising. Water weight maybe? I've heard that if you increase your exercise your muscles tend to hang on to more water...maybe this is the case? Has anyone heard of this before? | |||

| I LOVE BWWW, and manage to stay within calories by eating the Grilled Chicken Salad with a side of Bleu Cheese. I also ask for a side of hot sauce to lightly dip a few chuncks of chicken breast in. That way you are getting that wing craving out of the way without sabotaging your new healthy lifestyle. Of course, it is only one meal and won't throw off your entire plan to splurge if you feel the need to. Just jump right back into your healthier way of eating afterwards...or do an extra workout to make up for it. Either way, have a great time! :) | |||

| I remember waking up and calling in to work, when my boss told me not to bother and to turn on the news. I immediately ran to the TV and watched in utter disbelief.
I was calling in to work because hubby and I were trying to conceive and this was supposedly "the" day. The memories of 9/11, for me are so bittersweet. So much tragedy, but we did make that baby. My son is now 4 and a half. |

| It has to be a gazillion. I brought about 10 boxes back with me from Paris a few months ago and I swear, ate them all! They're SOOO good with coffee in the morning.
I've heard you can get them from a bakery in NYC somewhere...I wonder if they would know the nutritionals or atleast be able to give you a rough estimate. |

| I started at 232, and am now 174.5. I have a goal weight of 150-155 and am 5'8".
It's taken me about 8 months...6 months on WW, and 2 of going it "alone" and using CC. I'll be the first to admit that I am lazy and hate to exercise, but am finding that as I lose, I'm actually liking it more and more. I think it's due to the fact that I can see my muscles working now, where as before they were buried underneath all that chub! I am continuously motivated by this website, as well as my 4 yearl old son who has oodles of energy to burn. He forces me to keep up, even on days when I'm too tired. Between him and our Pomeranian, I'm constantly on the go. The hardest part of this entire journey was finally learning that its okay to eat the foods I enjoy, its moderation that is the key. Once I figured that out, all was well. I still have the occasional slice of pizza/candy/whatever, but now I savor every single bite. It's a treat for me. Im also a big foodie and wine lover and its given me a completely new appreciation for the gourmet foods I love so much. |

| Ohhh, this sounds yummy! I'm not sure we have them in Arizona however. I'll have to look into it.
If you have TCBY near you, they have many flavors that are between 120-140 calories for an entire cup and a half. When I'm craving sweet, I head there for a golden vanilla topeed with my own blueberries from home. YUM! |

| Weight Loss | Any tips for using a George Foreman Next Grilleration grill? | Aug 08 2006 18:32 (UTC) |

| I have the exact grill you are describing and I love it! In fact, I'll be using it tonight to grill up some tilapia filets with thin sliced oranges and asparagus.
There is a recipe in the cookbook for waffles, that I re-created using lower fat versions of the listed ingredients. They turn out amazing...especially with some fresh blueberries on top. YUMMY! The removable plates are key. I too had the smaller grill that you just wiped clean, but it grossed me out so bad, I threw it away. I never felt like it was ever REALLY clean. |

| When I was pregnant I craved chunks of pineapple and root beer. I loved it so much, I actually dipped the pineapple...soooooo good. Apparently, it wasn't just a craving because I still eat it this way. YUM! | |||

| Hello everyone! I'm a friend of cheatingirl's from the real world. I know you all are worried about her, but I do believe all is well and she simply has not seen your kind thread. She was out of the office last week, but I was assured she was okay by a fellow co-worker. I will definitely let her know you are all concerned when I see her on Monday morning.
Everyone here is so sweet for keeping up with her. She's been an amazing inspiration to me personally, and it's nice to see that she is getting so much love online as well! |
