does anyone find it way easier to binge on a day when they went out the night before- ie maybe a little hungover.  its like all i want to do is eat and lay around, and eat foods that i would never think about eating if i hadnt gone out the night before...does this happen to anyone?

mine is definitely boredom eating...if i have a late night out and the next day i am not feeling my best, i will eat all day!  its so bad

I agree with someone who said not to weigh yourself a lot at first.  I think it can be very frustrating when you make a lot of positive changes in your diet and exercising and you don't see any changes.  It can make you go backwards so instead, I would avoid weighing yourself for a few weeks; then you can really see a change.

Brag:  I have not eaten the bag of honey roasted cashews at my office which is a total weakness for me.

 

Desire: TO be able to fit back into my "skinny" jeans.

 

Gratitude: I am thankful that I am able to live in a safe and peaceful neighborhood.

Hi I just saw this forum and I am kind of new...wondering if I can join....I lost about 30 pounds last year and felt great.  Slowly over the past 6 months I havegained about 10-15 pounds and am so upset because all the beautiful clothes i bought when I was at my thinnest do not fit anymore!! I am 5;7 and 150 and need to get down to about 140.  I am just looking to stay on track becuse I am prone to overeat on weekends or days when I do not have a set schedule!
