well, it defently burns cals and well build up your legs. but i believe it is viewed more as a cardeo. but i would build up on that first, see where it gets you. ok, to be sure iam understanding, that is how many cals they told you that you burn in a day, or how much you need to eat to loss? |

| i tell myself this ..sometimes ALOT... no matter what happens, how bad it has gotten, how low it has gotten or how bad i feel, I HAVE THE CONTROL! I CAN CHANGE MY LIFE! iam was not really born thinking this way. it happened after some unpleasent things had happened in my life and when i finally had had enough. at some point i realized how much power i really had in my life. most of the time we dont see it becuase we can not always change what others do to us but we can always control how we let it effect us. the same goes for things we have done to ourselves. it might take sometime to realize what we have let ourselves get into but we can change it. i hold on to that vary dearly. i know changing how you see things is not easy. but never give up. you can do this, maybe not today but you can and you will. also remember, when you feel like you cant go on or that your failing their is always people to hear you out and help you along. jsut let us know what you need and we will do everything we can to help. |

| it that what it said you should eat or how much you burn total? you do know that the 1200 cal limet for women means that is how much you need to keep from starving to death. but if you are getting confused from all the info you have found you may want to talk to your doc to see if he/she can help you better understand what kind of goals you should be setting. while i would love to be able to tell you everything you want to know there are still alot of things that i dont know about you that your doc would. |

| did you use the tools to help you see how many cals you should be eatting to loss? if all your doing is walking (other then your jogging) the your activity level sounds about right to me. but you may want to get other peoples ideas about that. as for your workout, your doing good so far. with time you should be able to go for longer amounts of time. have you thougt about adding wieght traning to your workout list? its good for toning plus the more muscle you have the more cals you burn all day long. and dont worry about gaining a little bit. it takes time to find a balance to your personal weight loss. just keep at it, once you find a way that works for you and gets you healthier it gets a bit easyer. good luck. |

| if you have been drinking alot of soda then more then likly it is a caffiene headach. it normally goes away with time. if they last longer then a week you might want to see your doc and you can also take something for the pain when you feel them coming on. | |||

| if you go to webmd they have a kind of break down on wiehgt gain for baby, it shows about how much wieght is a good gain plus it shows you what the gain is for. it might help to see why you need this extra wiehgt. hope that helps |

| for some, i believe people think you cant really eat healthy at resturants, but it sounds like you made really good food choices. the only problem with eating out is potions. they tend to make them larger sometimes. i normally eat half there, take it home , and eat the rest the next day. but that all depends on the size of the servings. and again, it sounds like you made some good food choices so there really is nothing to feel bad about. |

| lol...i got you beat. my cheat days are planed so that may be why. breakfast-pizza or wendys lunch-big fish sandwich w/tarter sauce, chips, snack cake. dinner-leftover pizza or something really sweet and fatting. lol..i can be really bad sometimes. i think the most i have eatten on a cheat day is 4000. the least is 2600. it tends to vary, depending on what i might have been craving and weather it is that time of the month. |

| go to galmoir.com, when you sigh up for their body by galmour chanlage you can us their vitual model. that way you can get an idea about what you might look like at differnt wieghts. plus you can personalize it to make it look more like you. i use it see help myself see my weight loss etc. |

| well i love chicken with cream of mushroom soup. you bake the chicken up and heat up a can of low-cal cream of mushroom. (i like healthy request by cambells, only 60 cals per serving) then pour the soup on top of the chicken when its down. i love it. |

how about living with some one like that. my younger sister wore a size 6 and always went on about how "fat" she was. while i have never been lower then an 11. she is only smaller then me by one inch and so she could steal my colthes all the time but i could never fit into hers. it sucked...big time. cause i kept thinking what is wrong with her? then get so up set when i had to go up sizes as i got older and she went down. |
