Personally, I'd stay away from The Firm equipment. WAY overpriced and made very cheaply. They are brilliant with their marketing though! If you feel you must do something like the wave, get the T-bow. It is made to last, you get what you pay for in this case. I do think some of the Firm DVDs are good, you can get a good workout, just don't buy their equipment. You can find something at home to use as a step or buy something cheaper, same with their weights, bands, etc. Their DVDs are cheap at amazon or Target. If it comes down to going to the gym or buying some Firm stuff, go to the gym. You can get an awesome workout even without the classes, and will be a better way to spend $$. JMHO
