WOW! Hey guys! It is so great to meet all of you! I thought we could use this topic as sort of a means of supporting each other. Could you all maybe share a little bit more information about you, your weight history, current dietplan and what you think we could do to help each other out? Let me lead by example. My name is Kelly and I am 20 years old. I've always been overweight untill my senior year of high school when I reached about 212 pounds. Suddenly, I couldn't take it anymore and dieted, eventually reaching my lowest, 115 lbs. THis however was too much of a loss for my 5'9'' body. My doctor threatened me with a clinic if I didn't gain some weight. However, what was supposed to be "healthy weight gain" was really just unlocking my former fat girl. Sadly, over the last year, I have watched my weight climb up to 163 lbs. Since I have started calorie count, I am now 157 lbs and hoping to be 130 by summer. I was thinking maybe we could use this for weekly weigh ins, talk about issues, share successes and tips. I look forward to hearing from each of you! |
