| Health & Support | Since fruit has natural sugar in it, is it bad to eat too much of it? | Mar 16 2009 15:45 (UTC) |

Thermal is right on! Hopefully your not losing the big picture in your weight loss goal. Above all, you should strive to eat a healthy and balanced diet everyday. The fact that fruit has natural sugar in it can be used as a health benefit in itself, especially if you are like me and have a sweet tooth. Often times after dinner I crave something sweet. Instead of opting for something less nurtitious and healthy I look to a quick fruit salad. Use ripe banana in baked recipes as a sugar substitute, not only will it sweeten your dish it will also add nutrition. Fruit not only provides flavinoids (which studies show aids in the reduction of belly fat) and a range of vitamins, it aids in digestion. If you have a slow bowel, eat 1-3 pieces of fruit as your breakfast. You will be amazed how well it works! Plus, that gets you close to making your recommended daily allowance in the morning, giving your body plenty of time to metabolize all of those natural sugars. |

| Fitness | shooting nerve sensations after moderate exercise | Jan 30 2009 16:53 (UTC) |

It doesn't actually hurt, it's just a strange sensation. The feeling is usually along the outer thigh starting at the top and moves down and around to the top of my thigh by my knee. My husband keeps telling me that my muscles just need to get into condition. I'm not so sure about it. I've started exercising before when I was in bad shape and never experienced this feeling. It's just strange. I was hoping somebody else has had the same experience and could tell me what it is. |
