i often have my strawberrries or fruit salad with a low fat yoghurt instead of cream now too. (strawberries & muller light toffee yoghurt ....mmmmm yum) |

i agree with the post above, if you are serious about losing weight by calorie counting you will soon find out that having candy or chips has rather high calories but not very filling....there would be nothing worse than eating a little high calorie foods then feeling sooooo hungry the rest of the day cos you eaten your quota for the day...i eat what i know will fill me first then if i have calories left by the end of the day i have a bit of chocolate. |

SW(Jan 1): 243.75 lb EW(Feb 1): 233.75 lb Total loss: 10 lb i know i have lost a fair bit but it was my first month so am not expecting as much of a loss this month but if i can get 1 lb a week i'll be happy. well done everyone |

thanks for your input...as i say im new and appreciate any help to do this right. ok so i have changed burn meter to lightly active which raises the calories needed to 2500, i am assuming then i should no longer add activities like walking and yoga now. would that be correct ? and acording to the tools for my calorie goal i should aim for 1750, so will give it a try and see how it goes. thanks again x |

im alway 1-2 lbs heavier by night time than i was in the morning...i count my weight loss by weighing at roughly same time...same day each week (friday night). |

ahhhh thanks lucypooh.... i just went to my home page and then edit goals and options and changed my target daily calories...when i filled this part in i thought it had worked out i should be eating 1850 calories and didnt realise i could change this....so ive changed it to the 1450 calories recommended for my weight loss. |

hi im new too and mine seems to be the same...on my eat meter its says goal 1850 cal but in another bit it tells me i should eat 1450 cal...think i will try and aim for somewhere inbetween :) |
