Thanks for the suggestions! I will take the ones that I would eat (I'm a very picky eater and I don't eat fish so...) and pick them up at the store over the weekend.... I bought some chicken breast so I can grill it up over the weekend to have for next week!

    I have an unique name... Jaylene and I love it. And most of the time people can't say it correctly or just call me something else lol... Any time I have to give my name I automatically spell it. My last name is a common on but has 4 different spelling so that gets tricky too...

    You are eating too little and your body and holding onto everything to protect itself...

    Bump your calories up.... you should be eating around 1800 calories with your activity level if not more.

    I'm a wastewater engineer... I design gravity and force main sewer systems.... and yes I've heard all the jokes that go with the job

    It was difficult for me as well to change the way I was eating... I had to go from eating average quality food to higher quality (better for you) and meet my calorie goals...

    You shouldnt go below 1200... your body goes into starvation mode and will keep all fat and calories...

    Try and aim for 1400-1600 calories... try adding foods that are calorie dense if you need some extra calories (ie peanut butter and toast or peanut butter and fruit) try to get lots of veggies and fruit and LOTS of water!

    I love to bake... so all the cookies, brownies, cakes, and breads I used to make.... (I still make them for others I just dont them that often)....

    mash potatoes was another big one for me (butter, cream, and cheese)

    fast food and bagels (who wouldve thought a bagel was 300+ calories and a donut is only 200+)
