I like it a lot better! I have two workout partners though. My husband and a friend of ours. Having to meet someone there is a good kick in the rear to get moving. I find if I say I am going to exercise in the afternoon I find excuses and "better" things to do with my time after a long day at work. It makes me feel refreshed in the morning too.

I also set the alarm to go off 15 minutes before I actually need to get out of bed and then when the real alarm goes off I feel like I cheated and stayed in bed ^^"!

I too am very sensitive to MSG. When I look at packaged foods if it has too many ingredients to look at quickly I put it back. If it has something that I know isn't real food I put it back. I am still learning as I just found out about this like 5 weeks ago. It has helped me get rid of my migraines, twitches, dizziness and my vision doesn't get blurry. I know when I get ahold of something I am not supposed to have and I make note to not eat it again. It makes it easier to eat healthier as most things need to start at as whole foods.

I also carry around a little card in my wallet of all the names that babyvdog posted. It makes it easier to grocery shop and eat out at resturaunts.. you can show them the card and ask them. If they are not sure on something they are using they can bring out the container.

Man!@ Was I watching the wrong episode or what?! I watch it on Hulu since we don't have a TV does that put me a week behind everyone else?! I didn't see any challenge about cars and switching trainers. They did a half marathon while staying at their homes for the week. I feel like I am missing out not owning a tv! *laughing* =/

Something that really cleans me out (tmi) is a spinach banana smoothie. I fill the blender to the top with spinach add a cup of water, blend, throw in a couple of bananas and blend. You can also add other fruit to it like berries and such. I recommend using bananas or mangos in it for consistancies sake in my experience... Be sure to drink plenty of water if you try upping the fiber it will help it move. ^^"

So probably like 8 grams of fiber? If you are unsure drink lots of water as fiber can dehydrate you if you don't have enough since fiber leaves the body with water. It will also be easier to poo it out (TMI) as not enough water could lead to constipation.

I think they are letting religion play a too big of role in this issue. Also the signs I was seeing around my house were very misleading. A LOT of the signs just said things like "Yes on 8 = Parental Rights" & "Yes on  8 = Religious Freedom" Most signs didn't even say what the ACTUAL issue was they were voting on. It was very frustrating. I obiviously voted no. I am a Christian but I believe that God in his almightyness would not condemn two people in a loving and caring relationship no matter who they were with. But with that being said Marriage to the state is not a religious bond it is a legal bond and there are many benefits that married couples get over domestic partnerships.

As far as the marriages that were performed staying legal I most definately think they should but I can also see a reason as to why they shouldn't because of the fairness of other gay couples. If you were legally married though and had you ceremony and then someone told you that it didn't really count that would hurt A LOT. I am sure I am going to get bashed for some things said here but this is how I feel.

I go back and forth feeling if I am slimmer than I am or larger than I am.. and it can fluctuate by the hour.. Sometimes I am like "Dang I'm hot!" and then I see a picure of me that same day like hours later and I am like "Oh gosh I am a fattie aren't I?" I don't hate myself and I don't want anyone elses body I think it is just something we have to deal with as being conscious beings. The joys of being self-aware!

I don't like my cottage cheese sweetened so no fruit for me. I like eating it on english muffins or toast or mixing in some seeds. My favorite though is a topper for a baked potato.. grosses my husband out but its delicious! Throw some steamed brocolli in and its a quick meal if you "bake" the potato in the microwave.

My husband bought similar ones to the ones amethystgirl has posted. We like them because they are adjustable and you can add on weight and we also liked the fact that the fasteners twisted on. We bought ours at Sports Authority! I can't remember the price cuz this was a couple of years ago...

The Calorie Count website is not about fast changes it is about lifestyle changes and losing the weight safely. I have a feeling moderators will be in here soon to say they don't support stravation diets and extreme measures of losing weght. Its not healthy and with so little to lose you probably won't reach that goal realistically in your time frame. Ah, well people will do what they want to do though.

If I could choose where to lose fat and where not to lose fat that would be awesome.. boobies would stay for sure! Alas it doesn't work that way. I will have to try these "plank" exercises though as I want to strengthen my whole core! Thanks for asking this question.. I was just wondering the same thing

I would do something low impact like eliptical on a setting not too high. I hope you are increasing your Calories though. If you are having trouble fitting all the food try going for Calorie dense foods like nuts and adding oils to your veggies those add up quick and won't make you feel extremely full.  If you want fruit go for a banana they are relatively Calorie dense for a fruit and you can even spread some peanut butter on it.  Yum!

Check for a light on with a square around the letters "fn" .. Sometimes this gets me when I am trying to log in to the computer and also when typing. You might have toggled it without knowing. Try crtl+ "fn" and see if the light goes off. Not sure if this is your problem or not ^^"

We had our reception at our house via a BBQ and we put out assorted candy in tiered dishes and had little boxes along with it that people could pack their own favorites in. People liked this idea a lot because they only had to take the ones they really liked and if they didn't want candy they didn't take any.

I like to watch the show too but purely for entertainment values as I know it isn't healthy to lose weight the way they are doing. My husband and I always laugh with the do their little promo plugs for cereal and such. That Subway one was hilarious too...

I had a dog that would get excited about peanut butter because we would put his aspirin in peanut butter to get him to take it easier. He would start acting like a looney when he saw the jar thinking he was going to feel good shortly after!! I miss that dog =/! but 15 years is pretty good for a big guy...

I will ask my husband if I can use Mozilla then.. or something other than IE.. I don't want to mess up the computer and his profession is computers so its best if he does that! I have loaded viruses before without downloading or checking email.. cuz I guess I am just pro like that..

Like right now I am avoiding that scale.. bad scale you stays away from me this week O_O!

I've heard of people putting thinly sliced radishes on veggie pizzas. There is also a soup you can make with the green tops. Another good way is to just steam them so they get a little softer and they taste a little milder. ;)

I take woman's one a day vitamin and give my husband the men's one a day. We also take fish oil capsules.. Two each.. just be sure to factor those into your calorie count since the oil does add about 20 calories from two capsules ;)

I ended up chickening out and taking that day off form work! The problem with our work potlucks is they start at breakfast time around 8 and go like ALL DAY!!! Cruel I know. At least I had a relaxing day at home cleaning and did a cardio video.. lolz.

 We are still having that other potluck at work this Friday and going out to eat on Thursday. I plan to not eat all of the meal I order off that guiltless grill. I think I will box up part and take it home to the hubby. As for this Friday I think I will bring in a healthy dish and mostly eat that and only supplement with things I absolutely must try! I signed up to bring veggie casserole. Wish me luck ;)

I have had a mole completely scab and fall off but then it comes back later.. maybe it never went away but was too light to see.. anyways I went to have it checked and the doc didn't seem too concerned.. it happens every once in awhile to me as well.. i just make sure the moles looks okay like not abnormally shaped and such... but since you are going to the doctor just have him/her look at it to ease your mind ;)

I like Cheerios in PB & J sandwiches.. I also love Cheerios on my ice cream... Its just so oatey good and crunchy ;)

I am sure I have other weird habits.. but they just don't look weird to me. I have been called on the Cheerios thing quite often.. but usually when people try it they agree it is wholesome goodness ^^"

This link explains why feet go numb. They have 3 different types of elipticals at my gym and only one won't make my feet go numb.. Also going backwards helps with the circulation. ;)

I use my two fifteens to walk around the buildings at work. If the weather is not pleasant I go inside our onsite fitness center.. which I know not everyone will have one. But I also go after work.. I also wiggle a lot in my desk *laughing* I am in the process of losing the weight I gained since getting my desk job almost 3 years ago. Before this I was working at a grocery store and was running around all the time getting carts and bagging groceries and sweeping the whole store every hour! Then I was at a desk job.. its going good tho ;)!
