Thank you everyone for your support! I was feeling as though I couldn't do this at all, but I got a wonderful, but shocking, surprise today! I've lost 10 pounds!

 

Just when I thought it wasn't working, I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for all the love and support!

I noticed you didn't mention breakfast - unless i missed it somewhere in there.  It looks like you're trying to cram all your calories mid-day to evening.  Eating breakfast would go a long way to upping your calorie intake, along with the many other benefits of it.  Some eggs or egg whites, oatmeal, a heathy cold cereal, or fresh fruit w/ yogurt.  Search the breakfast foods on here and see if anything sounds good to you.

Start your calorie intake earlier in the day and you'll be less likely to come up short.

 I agree. More calories would be obtained by eating some breakfast. Try a whole grain cereal, and a yogurt with some granola. Also, the more fresh fruit the better. Fiber is good!
