yeah, ebay is a good idea, or seriously, go to those children's resale shops, you can get a great deal and I always see one or two of them in any children's resale shop that I have been to.  I have a Jeep stroller that was I think $150 brand new, but it is not technically a jogging stroller, but I use it as one and it does great.  But since your daughter is getting bigger you will probably want one that is definitely geared for jogging, and they make a lot of good ones by schwinn and all those companies, I would suggest the resale shops in your area.

I wasn't able to post yesterday, so here it is:

wednesday actual: 1325 - I did it, finally!

I need some guidance before I post the goal for today and tomorrow.  I was thinking that my net calorie intake should be 1250 but I am so confused.  I used the tools to calculate my calorie intake and it said I should eat 1510 calories a day with light exercise.  But then what does everybody mean when they say you should burn more than you take in? I exercise and I usually burn anywhere from 200-350 calories on an average day, so am I taking this too literally?  Any closure on this topic would be appreciated!

I would  like to join.

I am currently at 145 and want to be at 125.  I think for me it is more specific in the fact that I wear size 12 pants and would love to be in a 6 or a 8 size pants.  I really like the weekly goal ideas.  I am very flexible on weigh in days but if i had to pick i would go for wednesday.  But anything else will totally work for me if it goes that way.  I am excited to be a team on this!

hey guys, i have had this sinus congestion thing going on and it is pretty annoying but I have been trying to do light exercise every day and just ride it out.  my eating...not so great...but moving on, now it is my TOM and I am bloated like crazy, or at least that is how it feels.  So I thought - I am not going to let this get the best of me.  I went on a swift 3 mile walk through the neighborhoods.  It felt really good to get out and do that, but I cant believe I still feel so incredibly bloated!  Is my body rejecting exercise during this time?

I think i need some successful lunch packing ideas to plan ahead for my week.  what are some typical lunches you guys eat, like what if I have a tuna fish sandwich (and allow some mayo) and some snacks - what other ideas do you have, what works for you guys?  thanks so much!

I am still at 145, same as last week.  I had a not so disciplined weekend.  A friends birthday - fancy dinner, the following few days were no better and I wasn't feeling well, some kind of sinus thing and so I wasn't putting in the work that I felt I need to.  This week will be better I hope.

I was just posting my weigh in on the other main discussion forum and using this for discussion and motivation stuff, but are we posting our weights here too? I don't mind I just wasn't sure. 

What are people's thoughts about the upcoming week? Any things you personally want to do better this week than last? Anything that went really well? I worked out more than I normally do and it felt really good.  I need to drink more water though.  With my job, I find I get preoccupied and then several hours have gone by and I haven't drank any fluids.
