| Calorie Count | Deleting group tags... is it possible? | Sep 09 2009 16:04 (UTC) |

I know you can delete individual tagged items. I'm talking about the "group" tags (when you add the same name to a tags and it then keeps a "group" of them).. For example, for a favorite meal that I eat often, I'll tag each individual item the same name and then each item will be grouped under that name. That way, I don't have to enter each individual item every time I eat the meal. I'm wondering how I can remove the group name. The feature is not well documented at all. I picked up the idea from someone in this forum...The problem is that I have not been able to delete the group name...there is only a drop down arrow (to add the items) and no "x" option to delete, only a drop down arrow. I was hoping to catch someone here who knew about the feature and would know the answer...? |

| Fitness | What catagory do I log floor exercises under? | May 08 2008 15:37 (UTC) |

I'm curious as to what everyone else uses also.... I generally log it as Calisthenics, but wonder if calisthenics isn't more strenuous than the floor exercises I am currently doing.... |

| Calorie Count | burn meter history? | Jan 08 2008 17:50 (UTC) |

Yeah. I suppose that's an option. I'm not sure how the burn meter calculates our "just existing" calories though. Not to mention how time consuming that would be for each of us. As an earlier poster pointed out, there's already a history for calories taken in, would it be so much harder to add the history for calories expended....? |

Thank you, MCDerin, for the suggestion! I have contacted the site administrators using the link. I would imagine it would help if all those who like this idea to also do so!

| Is there anywhere I can post this suggestion so it possibly could be taken into consideration for development? | |||

Wow, thanks for your responses! I guess I left a few details out... I do use a stability ball for the exercises to strengthen my back. I do walk. I usually work out to Leslie Sansone's programs as well as neighborhood walks with the dog. They are fine although I'm not sure they help much with fat-burning as much as my older low-impact routines (which I had to quit altogether). I try to do low-impact step at least once a week. My doc said that is fine as long as I keep it low impact. It is the firming exercises that seem to hurt (for abs, thighs, etc.) Unfortunately, I'm also currently experiencing menopause and I'm seeing (and feeling!) a lot of muscle tone loss. It's freaking me out really because I've been careful throughout my adult years to not gain weight. I'm no fanatic, I would just exercise for 30 minutes/day and watch what I eat. That maintained my weight and I can afford to gain since my BMI is actually below normal. It's just the loss of muscle tone... I was hoping there were some modified exercises. My PT gave me modified abs and inner thighs. I'm not sure they help much for muscle tone though. She was only concerned for my back really, not for my fitness. Thanks, Kathy

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
