Sorry I haven't posted... my scale is broken. At least, I think it is because all of a sudden my husband and I BOTH registered a 5 pound loss overnight. Before that happened I was down to 224.

I am BROKE so I don't have the moolah at the moment to buy a new scale... so I'm a bit frustrated.

I looked at it, but found CC instead. The SSS seems like it is the CC program but for $6 a week instead of FO' FREE :) If you want to try the cycling, do it on CC and come back to the forums for the "online support" that the SSS program promises you!

I am in the same situation... wedding is in October and I have to order by July. Just make sure you leave plenty of time before the wedding to have it altered. Davids can put a rush on it but it will cost you extra. Plan for 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding date to have it altered for the last time and when you pick it up, make sure you ask to try it on to make sure it is correct!!

1.5 pounds this week :) I had a big dinner with a lot of sodium last night so I don't know my REAL weight for this morning, but 229 was my weight yesterday! :)

Sorry I neglected to post yesterday.

I lost .5 pounds from Wednesday when I joined this group!

Today I am up 2 pounds but I did a really heavy workout yesterday, so I expected a gain.  Congrats to everyone else! :)

Try Saralee Light Honey Wheat. It tastes really good, and i can't tell a difference in texture or taste from regular breads. The only difference is that it's a bit less dense. Nothing to complain about and it is 45 calories per slice!

 I second this response, and only add that its called "Delightful" on the packaging in case you go look for it. It tastes great and is so LIGHT. :)
