I run into this too. I usually try to split a meal with my 12yr old daughter and she likes it because she doesn't like over eating either. But, even splitting a meal gets some folks at the table all weird.  People will judge, but that's because they have their own issues with food. Don't let that bother you. You just take care of YOU!! =) Enjoying a meal does not mean it has to be HUGE!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Life is good! Just stop, try to be AWARE of what's going on. Relax, take a short walk. Start over & keep on going. Drink fluids, some cold water. You can cheer yourself up if you start looking at all the great things around & in YOU!! I hope this helps you. =) Enjoy the rest of day~Cool

This is exactly why I don’t even tell people, unless they ask, about my weight loss progress. You will always get different reactions from different people. YOU need to ENJOY your success! Be good to yourself because nobody else has the power to make YOU HAPPY!!!

My OMG moment was when I look at old pictures. I look so much better & I FEEL so much healthier now. I'm out of the double digit sizes!! And it does feel wondeful to buy smaller, better fitting clothes.

Hi. I'm the 5'6" and weighed 154 in Sept 08.  I just hit my goal weigh of 135 today!  I eat about 1,600 and do 50 mins of cardio at least 5 days a week. How do you do on the week ends? I found that on the week ends, I ate a bit more, so it would set me back. Now, try to realy watch my calories on the week end. Just stick to what you are doing, since you FEEL BETTER and the weight will come off. Give it more time. YOU CAN DO IT!!
