Hey Meghan. yeah it definately is hard, i 100% agree. Im sure that im getting my metabolism back on track because i get full way faster, but hungry more frequently, and ive been eating all 3 meals nad timing my days accordingly. and im still working on the calorie thing, riht now im eating about 1000 cals a day too. so im gunna try for 1200. and then do 30 min cardio a day. hopefully that will help me lose weight, im dwon about 5.5 lbs so far so i just have 14.5 to go :D so yeah just keep up doing what your doing too, try to grab some more food though thats still healthy but has heartier cals in it. cus i read on the other forums that less than 1200 is not good for you. i still am not sure if it can stop you from losing weight though. :| youd think the less calories the better !? |

Hey Karen, Thank you so much, again today im down 2 lbs. Im not sure right now, if im actually losing weight or water weight... but either or, the scale says im lighter. But yes i do believe that the hydroxycut curbes your apetite and it speeds your metabolism. but im sure it works with different types of people. my problem was not eating enough, i never ate the 3 meals a day but with hydroxycut you have too. Also i have realized that when i do eat i get full way faster than before. yet hungry faster, so i grab a small snack like an apple or a yogurt. So im sure thats the pill working its magic. i have been eating all healthy food as well and a moderate level of exercise i go running for a bout a half hour a day, im up to burning 200 calories, im going for 250 on monday. im new to the whole gym thing so im starting off slower. your goal is definately a good goal! and im sure with the right diet and exercise that weight will just fall off you, but hydroxycut might give you a boost, to have it done quicker :) ill let you know how my 2nd week goes to see if i lose any weight, ive been told that the first week of hydroxycut its a honeymoon... soo well see how it goes cus im married to this baby ;) :P
GOOD LUCK with your diet! :D |

wow, thats really sad that you feel that way. :( But everyone is beautiful in their own way. EVEN YOU! and hey the whole fat girls arent pretty thing is totally wrong! i know plenty of heavier set women, including myself, that are extremely pretty! prettyness comes with confidence! if losing weight will make you more confident, GIRL then GO FOR IT ;) seems to me like you need a confidence class, not a yoga class. CONFIDENCE IS KEY! and why dont you try goign for a new look? get your hair done, your nails done, get your makeup done, and buy some new hip clothing to boost your ego :) it works for me.

actually i am not a yo-yo dieter, this is really my first diet! I am only 17 years old. and this past year i have put on quite a few lbs. im currently 5'7 and a 185 lbs. my ultimate goal is to lose 50 lbs so i will be 135 lbs. but right now im focusing on 20 lbs so ill be 165. im ususally around 155-170 and i think i look pretty good in that section, but id still like to be thinner. im using hydroxycut as a boost to help my metabolism speed up and then after the 8 weeks i plan on stopping the use of it and then maintaining a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise. this is really jsut a boost for me. i have not experienced any of the side effects yet, have no problem sleeping, and do not feel nausiated or jittery. but i do pee alot... but then again im drinking A LOT of water, but thats good for you. so that doesnt bother me. and its not that i was discouraged with the 3 lbs... i was just comparing. any lbs lost makes me happy! i do not plan on staying on the pills for life but i do plan on commiting to a healthy lifestyle for life. does that change anything? |

i agree that it is just water weight but on the hydroxycut website it says that you can drop 15 lbs in 8 weeks if you diet and exercise as apposed to just diet nad exercise 4 lbs. you dont think it would be a good boost starter? thats what i think. |

Thank you so much. for your replies. Its not that i only wanted to eat one meal a day, its all i made time for. and i couldnt understand why ive gained so much weight over the last year, because i dont eat that much junk food, or anything like that. so it was really making me depressed. but now i know that it was not eating enough, which i have changed and now i eat all healthy food, more frequently. i have noticed a big change since i have too. i can get up earlier and have more energy to do stuff all throughout the day. its great. by no means, was i trying to "diet" with my one meal a day, it was just a bad slump i got into. now that i am trying to lose weight ive actually started eating more, just all healthy stuff. i know this can be a lifetime commitment now becaue hey, food is good :) so thanks again for your input i greatly appreciate it :D |

Thank you for your replies. Well im not eating one meal a day anymore. but before i really was. i didnt have time to "graze" i was busy doing other things, getting up to get ready for school, no time for breakfast, didnt pack a lunch, and by the time i got home i ate dinner. and that was about it. honestly i did have some junk food once in a while. but not on a daily basis. i am 17 years old, and 5'7 and 185 lbs. i dont look overly obese or anything. and i think ill look good at 160-165 which is my goal. i have started eating more frequently & healthy but i was wondering if it was true that you could gain weight from undereating. i was told that your body stores whatever you get as fat then? is that true? |
