Reading your note made me think "that's me, I might had well written this". We need to re-gain the control on our actions and on our bodies. My clothes do not fit me anymore, I feel heavy and look like another person now. I am trying hard to avoid crap, junk food, I believe that stress is one of the keys to me but that cannot become an "excuse", I cannot stuff myself only because I am stressed or bored or because I like the "transgressive" side of eating bad-for-me food. We can do it and all the suggestions given by Chrissy 1988 are going to be very helpful, as a start. Maybe try to stop thinking you have to avoid certain foods: the more you feel them as "forbidden" the more you will crave for them. I will do the same, hope we both get there soon. |
