I don't eat back all of my calories, as I am still not at my goal weight (112). I usually have about a 500 deficit daily, eating anywhere between 1250 calories (that's if I don't work out) and 1700 calories (very high burn days). I make sure to never have over 1000 cal deficit but usually it's between 3 and 500 these days. Thanks so much!

I too was just diagnosed with Celiac as well as lactose intolerance, a soy allergy, and a casein allergy. I don't drink anything but water so caffine isn't a problem for me, but I just wanted you to know I understand what you are going through! But just think how much better we will feel once our bodies heal from the trauma ensued upon them by the evil gluten and dairy and other things! I already feel so so so so so much better!

I can completely relate. I am in college also (Graduate Student) and started on here at around 140lbs in January. I am also 5'3 and currently very happily 122.2 lbs! My GW is 112. I am sorry to hear about your friends and family, luckily I have a lot of support from my family, but honestly I am sad to say I cannot say that about some of the girls I thought were my closest friends. All was fine and well while I was fatter and bigger than they were, but as soon as I started getting closer to their weight, this major judgemental attitude surfaced that is just plain mean. It's really sad that people can't just be happy for you for being healthy and accomplishing something positive for yourself, you know? I also want to congratulate you on your success! Seriously, I understand the hard work and determination it takes! If you ever need a friend, please don't hesitate to message me! Also, in regard to people who think maybe it's because others in our lives are worried we are not being healthy and may have an ED, this is not the case for me, as I am extremely healthy and balanced in my lifestyle and all of my friends know it, so there is no margin for 'worry' there. I guess as my mom always says, time will tell you who your true friends are. And sadly, the skinnier I get (and granted I'm no twig, and have lots of muscle which I love) the more girls I find are not so nice to me. Another word of advice, also from my mother, a wise woman, kill them with kindness, complement them at every chance, anything and everything. Trust me, it helps, at least a little. :)

Calories aiming to eat per day: Anywhere between 1400 and 1900

Exercises: Work out elliptical, zumba, power walking, weights EVERY DAY usually about 2 hours cardio 30 min to an hour of weights every other day. I LOVE working out!

5'3 127.2 been in my 4's since I was 130, although I have a small waist and am on the more muscular side and am more hourglass shaped rather than pear. My 4's are almost too big now...but I'm holding out until i can't wear them anymore

For someone as tall as your are a size 4 may not necessarily be a reasonable goal. I'm a shortie 5'3 and currently a size 4 at 128lbs. Maybe don't focus so much on the size as sizes are SO DIFFERENT at EVERY store! Focus on how you really look and feel in your clothes! I'm sure you look great, and congrats on the loss! Hope I helped!

I agree with both the small waist thing and the baby thing, (not that I've had a baby, just heard that it changes things) I don't hold any of my weight in my waist, and never have, and am much more muscular than most, medium frame, 5'3 128 wearing a size 4 currently although I'm just about a 3 (but i don't do junior sizes any more, as I have found they were never very flattering on me.) also I don't have much of a butt. I am very hourglass shaped, although the main points of the hourglass have somewhat been reduced due to my losing nearly 10lbs lol, but yea I'm ok with that! :)

I EAT UP TO 4 A DAY AT TIME! (Hence my name! haha) but at least one a day! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! and no they are not a TREAT! a treat would be like ICE CREAM!!! :)

Gi-Jane, you rock, seriously! Always comming to my rescue! So sorry I always have so many questions and 'freak outs'. I just am so desperately trying to lose and working so very hard at it (haven't had a cheat meal or anything since i began all because I want it THAT BAD!) So if I do set my activity level to 'very active' I should or shouldn't add in my exercise on top of that? Bc that's where I got confused before, and wanted a more accurate read of what I was burning. But you are SO right, as I have thought, I DO in fact burn more at rest than someone who doesn't work out. (I was told otherwise by some on here, all in good means though!) 

Thank you so much again! 

Also my fat intake is relatively low again, like 10% of my daily calories, and more protein around 26% and carbs around 55-60 usually. Do you think if I try to up my good fats that might help? 

....and do you think maybe my weight has stalled because I need maintenance calories to give my body a little rest or no?

Thanks for the response! I do change up my workouts as you have mentioned as well as zig-zagging my calories. I am currently weight-training 4-5 days a week. My diet generally looks like this on an average day:

Breakfast:

FiberOne Cereal with Soymilk and Small Banana

Snack: Large Apple, maybe a piece of PB Toast on light wheat bread

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich on same light wheat bread with about a cup of spinach on it 2oz turkey and 1 piece of havarti cheese and light mayo

usually I have a light and fit yogurt with my lunch, or a cup of strawberries 

Snack: Southbeach protein cereal bar or cliff kid Z bar or banana or fruit or vegetable

Dinner: Homemade Chicken Quesidilla (sp?) on Whole Wheat high fiber, low carb tortilla with 1.5 oz chicken and a wedge of laughing cow light cheese

Dessert: fruit, a weight watchers ice cream, or a granola bar

An average day adds up to anywhere between 1500 and 1900 calories, i never go above 1900 though

I work out EVERY day for 1.5 hours of cardio 30 min wt. training on day i do that, take a zumba class twice a week and pilates twice a week as well as my usual running/elliptical/biking at the gym

Pre workout I usually eat lunch before I go (about an hour or so)

Post usually a banana or pb toast or cliff kid Z bar, (try to get protein in but depends on the day)

also i am built quite muscular naturally (good genes) and have had my body fat composition done with skinfold test and they assessed that I have a BF% of 19.37

I also used to be a competitive swimmer and runner in high school (hence the tendency to enjoy long workouts)

Desired Date to Reach Goal: July 25th (my best friend's wedding!)

Short Term goal: May 9th Under 125 (College Graduation! woo!)

Other Goals: 

Fit into a size 2 jean, even though its not about that (i know really it's not)

Feel confident and beautiful in my bikinis this summer and for the first time not be self conscious about it!

Smaller Calves (come with weight loss I know)

Maybe reverse my a serious heart condition (The dr. did not tell me i needed to lose weight but that the healthier the better! I already eat an extremely healthy diet and work out 2 hours daily)

Learn to not focus so much on FOOD!
