i'm glad to see there are others joining this recovery buddy thread :) cheersprklz, i think it's a great idea to post information about ourselves, like our fears and goals, on the thread.. but no stats, they really don't help in recovery. i would love to hear more from all of you.. it's nice to have others there when you feel alone. |

geeeeez, well if you're "fat" then i must be fat too! but i'm not and i know it. i'm just trying to maintain and stay toned. i don't think your weight is the issue here.. it's your self esteem. i'm happy with my body and i think you should be too. eat right and exercise regularly.. you'll feel a lot better. YOU DON'T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. maintain what you are now if you want, and just focus on being healthy. anyways.. height: 5'4" weight: MAINTAINING between 110-115 lbs jeans size: 2 top size: small

"clean eating" is just another way to say "healthy eating." as long as you eat nutritious foods most of the time and treats/junk sometimes, you'll be ok. this is my typical grocery list:
