oh crap, so after wanting to be in this challenge, i kinda went away from any good eating habits...ive been grazing like crazy...ok, starting tomorrow (again) ill weigh in and see what next weeks results will be.... BUTTTTTT, i have been going to the gym and trail walking 5 days out of the week..bad part is, i usually buy a donut on my way home....i suck.... ok, for realz, ill be back on track starting tomorrow!!

Ive found if I drink all my water, it keeps me from craving sweets or to snack when Im bored...but my problem is, yes, I drink a lot of water in between my meals, but I still feel hunger rumbles...but Im not really hungry..Hard to explain...I really think its a mind thing! I love yoga and walking the treadmill at a very steep incline.. I use to do kickboxing and I really loved it..but since Ive moved here to GA, I dont have a gym partner to do fun stuff like that with.. |

OOOH, I want in too! Im 139 and I WILL get back to 125..and I should get there by August per CC... Ive been away from the gym for the past month due to my wonderful broken elbow..but Im started back on the treadmill starting monday...so im ready..I think it'll be fun to have a little challenge and motivation!! |
