driven: hey hun stick with it! i know its difficult/upsetting/intimidating...but just remember its whats best for you and that they loveyou and want you better =]

fruit: okay so i was gonna comment on how i feel your menu isnt exactly that great but your last post was deffinetely better =]

adam: im sorry if what im about to say will upset you...but you need to do an inpatient treatment...your bmi is extremely low and you arent eating enough and you are pushing yourself to workout beyond comfort. It seems as though you are comfortable reaching out for help, but sometimes that isnt enough.  Please, i am saying this because i want you to be better...but i would deffinetely think about being hospitalized.

my eats yesterday:

b: 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, cinnamon, vanilla, large spoonful of pb, large squirt of honey, crumbled up cashew cookie larabar, handful of raisins, and a kiwi on the side

s: pb luna bar

l: peach stoneyfield yogurt with a handful of raisins+handful of almonds+handful of bear naked vanilla almond granola...made a parfait =] and an apple on the side

s: a little more than 4 servings of saltnpepper pistachios...ha pistachios are one of those foods i cant stop eating =] and i dipped them in a laughing cow swiss cheese wedge and had a buttload of grapes on the side

d: baked potato with a laughin cow swiss cheese wedge+salsa+blackbeans+lettuce...blueberries and 2 glasses of milk on the side

todays eats

b: strawberry stoneyfield yogurt with a crumbled berriesgomega odwalla bar....pear on the side

s: peach foster that we made in gourmet foods((canned peaches, butter, rum extract, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg,cloves,instant coffee, brown sugar, cranberries, raisins, all ontop of vanilla ice cream

s: 'almonds and coconut' kind bar

l: pita sammich((ww pita filled with laughing cow swiss cheese, black beans, peach mango salsa, lettuce)) applesauce cup

s: 6 ww crackers with a spoonful of pb and large squirt of honey on each and an apple

d: heaping of spaghettie with prego+meatsauce, ww mini bun with butter, side salad with sundired tomatoe vinagretttte...glass of milk and blueberries on the side

s: haa uhmmm something?? idk yet

myvalentine: hey hun! i read your other post like you said and heres what you need to do.  First, take a deep breath, count to ten, then say out loud anything you can possibly say POSSITIVELY about yourself((i.e. i am beautiful, i love my smile, etc.)) Okay after this, theres an activity that may help with your distorted vision of yourself...not to be rude right there but there is absolutely no way you can have rolls at your height and weight so its obvious you are seeing something completely different from the truth.  So one activity i know ziggy did...you basically sketch a life size drawing of what exactly you think you look like....then have someone trace your body.  Compare the differences...most times its a shocking difference.  I am 5'2.5 and i also had the fear of going over 90 but after i passed it i was fine.  You gained more because you are trying to eat more to save yourself.  Also, most skinny girls tend to look like they have a tummy when they dont...but once they gain weight it evens out, spreading into where you are most bony((like wrists, ribcage, and all over))

b- banana nut oats= 1 mashed banana, 1/3 cup oats cooked in 1/2 cup milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, prolly bout 1 tbsp honey, handful pecans that i chopped, handful of raisins

s- we made an apple/pear/cranberry tart in gourmet foods so i had a slice of that

l- peanutbuttercookie lara bar, 2 slices ww bread spread with roasted red peppr hummus and leftover marinated then grilled bellpeppers and red onions, and an apple

s: pb pancakes =  1/3 cup oats((purreed)), 1 tbsp ww flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp pb, 3 tbsp applesauce, 1 tbsp milk, 1 egg white...cook like pancake then top with honey/pb butter =  spoonful of butter, prolly bout 3 tbsp honey and a nice spoonful of pb....then i topped that with a handful of pecans that i chopped and some raisins....a pear on the side

d-will be this turkey and wild rice dish and a glass of milk and a salad with sundried tomato vinagrette and some pinapple and blueberries

s- will be strawberry stoneyfield yogurt with some granola

hey guys =]

i just wanted to point out some things

  • 2500+ calories isnt the exact number of calories every person needs everyday
  • you simply need to eat a large amount of cals((700-1000 maybeee)) more than you loose everyday...meaning the more physical activity you do the more you need to eat
  • THIS IS NOT AN EATING DISORDER RECOVERY FORUM! this is for anybody who needs to gain weight...some people on here dont necesarily have problems with foods
  • fruits and vegetable and whole grains are good for you...but so are homemade cookies and mom's lazagna and that cheeseburger dad picked up for you to eat as a quick dinner
  • ALL FOOD IN MODERATION IS GOOD FOR YOU
  • this is a place to help start recovery, however if you feel dependent on this website, i highly suggest a separation
  • we all make mistakes, have bad days, and need help....so please be nice to everybody....we came to this website to find others in the same situation as us and provide support and constructive critism...
  • AGRUSKIN--we do need your monitoring but if you could take in everyone's requests that would be great =]
  • If yall want to argue this...please start another forum somewhere else

btw how expensive is meusli??? i kinda wanted to try it but ive actually never seen it in stores....any suggestions?

lovingcookies: a pound a week is a nice pace for weight gain even though 2 a week would of course be better.  I dont realy know your story or how much you have to gain but id deffinetely suggest going to 4000ish

lineyline: haha you make me smile....but yeah my mom was all like...mehhh its expensive and it does nothing just eat ur friggen oats and yogurt without it...ha yeaah she didnt say it like that but u get the jist of things =] and i am muchhhhh better from my last post thanksss! im back up over 100...wont be too specific dont wanna trigger or anythingg...but im tryin to pack on as much cals as i can before next week when gymnastics season starts.  i do alot of gym now but it will be like all my spare time doing gym so i want to make sure i have a few rebound pounds you know just incase

fruit: feel better soon!!!! hopefulllly its just a little one day bug

startowers: if you dont mind my asking...wats your story?? cuse youre quite amazing

kickers: if you dont feel full then you should deff fill up with higher cal foods so you can aid your weight gain...or at least pour some dressing/olive oil or have some cheese on those veggies

my eats today!!!

b: strawberry stoneyfield yogurt with a crumbled chocorasberry luna bar ontop and a kiwi

s: we made apple cobblers in gormet foods today...so a nice heaping of apples/spices/butter/"crust nonsense" and this teeny tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream our teacher thought would suffice lol

l: 2 slices ww bread spread with roasted red pepper hummus and basil pesto and some chopped green bell peppers, a date and walnut kind bar, an apple

s: oatmeal crumble--1/3 cup oats, 1 egg white, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp pb, cinnamon, nutmeg, handful of raisins..mix together cook on stove like a pancake for 3 mins on each side top with more honey and some cinamon-- and a glass of choco milk made with ovaltine, grapes

d: will be roast, leftover pasta((fettucini, pesto, red pepper flakes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes)) peas, milk, and lots of fresh pinapple!!!

s: uhmmm not sure yetttt....maybe some of the homemade honeyww bread with cream cheese and jelly?

Hey guys!! how are all yall doing?? thought id post causee i miss you so muchh and i get over 2500 anywaysss soo yeah :)

Driven: personally id say maybe just like buy a few frozen pizzas and make a salad with a few diff dressings to choose from and serve that with some drink choices....basic, easy, theres enough if people want to eat a little more than maybe youre used to and you can easily freeze extra if not all is eaten.  Takes away like all the pressure.

startowers: i havnt been on in a while....but great high cal menu!! keep it up =]

hphphp: well it makes it harder to gain if you dont really know what youre eating but you just have to deal with the fact that some places dont measure and keep records of what the exact calorie count is in their food.  You just have to make sure you are eating enough....too little calories would be problamatic, but a few more is perfectly fine.

teacastles: OMG your menu looks ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR..honestly im drrooling

2. fav brandof coffee+flavor:  hmmm thats a tough one...but basically any kind of flavor like caramel machiato or french vanilla....any brand

awwww lineyline!!!!! im so proud of you!! keep going! dont give up and i know you can be healthy before christmas =]  and haha theres oh so much you can do with pb....aka sammies, put them on fruits like raisins bananas or apples or on carrots...i put it in oatmeal...and you can make sauces outta pb..or anythinggggg!!!

and apple...yeah i kinda keep forgetting teens normally need more just cuse like well u know most people i hang around dont really eat muchhhh soooo im not around people, such as my bros friends who eat like normal piggish teens.  But yeah i eat when im hungry and even when im not just cuse i know i should so it would be diffficult adding in another snack but the shake is a good thought....i just cant exactly take in shake-like things.  Smoothies i love but they dont have like any cals even if you use ice cream...but shakes and ensures and those kinds of things...the texture and just everything about it makes me sick.  BUTTTTTTT i do find other ways to get alot of cals in before bed...night is when i can take in the most so i normally do that by snacking on extremely high cal oatmeal concoctions, chocomilk, almonds dipped in cinn raisin swirl pb hehe, high cal ww crackers with pb and honey, etc etc.

i know the sports and being out and stuff is wats making it difficult...but i cant exactly stopp...so yes i get a hell of alot in with breakfast and peanutbutter is luckily one of my fav foods haha i have alot of peanutbutter =] and im always home right before dinner so i have what my mom prepares.  SOooooo breakfast and dinner i get at home but theres thirteen hours inbetween that im eating watever i can shove in a bag.....but ill try and keep increasingggg

and im glad im remembered =] hehe i remember yall too!

vicgirl: OHMYGOD i am so sorry!!! are you okay...is your family okay??? im glad youre keeping up your calories...but make sure youre letting your feelings ccome out...i find sketching while  blasting my ipod helps when im really emotional.  Let us know if you need anything.

anywaysss...this is my kinda like farewell post on here.  I weighed in at my old weight today aka pre ED weight...talked it over with my mom and we decided i will decrease...i willl no longer be making quite 2500 cals so i cant post on here but ill pop in to say hey every once in a while =] i plan on gaining a few more pounds ovr tthe next few years cuse obviously im a teen so i will grow and gain like normal.  Wish me luck guys! i love yall so much and i know you can do it.  Message me with anything! muah!!!!

yeah people are stupid sometimes.  the thing is..no one understands what being anorexic really is.  Its not like we choose this...it just happens and it takes so much strength to overcome it.  We are the strong sensitive people who can understand....i actually used to be one of those people who thought bad things about anorexics and showed no sensitivity towards them...ive changed completely now though.  Just today i got really upset...i look like i used to so i no longer have to deal wth the comments...but i was with my friend at the pool and she was trash talking her anorexic cousin...i was almost in tears.

anywayssss you just have to be strong and look past that...heres yesterdays eats

b: voskios greek yogurt with wheat germ, kashi honey almond crunch cereal with honey cinnamon and vanilla....a nectarine

s: blue powerade

l: went to tropical smoothie((its amazing)) with my gymnastics buddy and i had a blue lagoon smoothie...blueberies strawberries and bananas.....and a hummus among us sammich...like hummus and veggies on this ww nut loaf or something...they have a website =] ha the smoothies are HAUUUUUGE lol

d: blehhh 6 hours later i still wasnt hungry do to major stomach painns/headache/heartburn...eshhh bad night so i had to like forcefeed myself...i refused to not eat.  I had half can tomatoe soup made with milk, and a sammich((2 slices ww toast spread with mashed black beans, monterey jack cheese, chopped onion, red bell pepper, lettuce, zuchinni, etc.)) applesauce

s: blehh had to stuff down a snack too...kiwi with a peach stoneyfield yogurt with wheat germ, and a caramel peanut kashi roll bar...hehe i heart kashi!

todays eats

b: strawberry stoneyfield yogurt with wheat germ and a homemade banana coffee muffin i made last night((OMG IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!!!)) annnnnd a nectarine

l: 2 large slices of leftover kashi pizza....once again i heart kashi!! a glass of milk, a nectarine, lots of blueberries

d: 2 slices ww toast with a veggie burger, laughing cow swiss, mango peach salsa, and lettuce.  a large glass of milk on the side and applesauce, and then i had this salad thng i made((chopped zucchini, cucumber, red bell pepper, black beans, and pistachios with a dijon/honey mixture as the dressing))<-----very yummy!

s: bottle of chocolate muscle milk, chocolate coffee jocalat bar((eeek i do NOT reccomend it!)) an apple pear...hehe yesss an apppleee pear!!! not as great as it sounds though lol

b: an apple with a large scoop of pb on it...a slice of ww toast with honey nut cream cheese spread on it....a brown cow vanilla bean yogur with wheatgerm

snacks till dinner: a cookies n cream luna bar((DELICIOUS!)) carrots dipped in pb, random slices of pepperjack cheesewith a few handfuls of black beans lol an a nectarine

d: 2 large slices of kashi pizza...like the uhhhh one with plaintains on it?? huge glass of milk, lots of blueberries, nd half a green bell pepper dipped in mango salsa

s: made choco chip cookies with my bestie from gymnastics...we had a batter fight of course =] ahhaa i had lots of batter and a cookie and somecherries and a glass of milk

coco: aw im proud of you!!! keep up the work and im sure you can gain 2 pounds this week

kayla: aww im sorry you lost hun but it is a sign you need to be eating more.  Its fine if you have more sugary foods and what not just make sure you balance it out with fresh foods too.  I ALWAYS have 2 cups of yogurt a day and at least 1 glass of milk, and i pretty much have a nectarine a day..im a fruit fanatic so i get a minimum of like 6 servings a day....ha i never give amounts...you guys would crack up at how many blueberries i eat when i say i have blueberris =] uhmmm pb i have often, an i have lots of bars, oh and i have alot of honey.

ecwk: hun im sorry you had a rough day....you just have to push past the uncomfortable feelings and soon it wont feel like youre eating so much.  you NEED this amount....dont go back down to 2500 when youve worked so hard to get up to this amount

sparkle kitty...yeah i mean if you get the cals in thats great!! but you need some fruits((dried and canned are great for cals)) veggies(((uhmm dipped in pb for extra cals or cooked in evoo or with dressing to add calls)) and grains...bread and pastas are GREAT forr gaining...uhm protienn ssources...nuts and beans are good if ur a vegetarian...but yeah just being balanced is good...sweets and treets are great but only eating them isnt too great

my eats:

my eats: rawr i was stupid and i was out the whole day with friends and my tummy didnt really get hungry so i kinda just accepted food handed to me instead of making sure i ate.....so between breakfast and dinner...i had a tiny amount =[ sorrry...i still barely made 2500 though

b: french vanilla stoneyfield yogurt with wheat germ, kashi honey almond flax crunch cereal, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon....and a nectarine

s: before leaving with all my friends i went to the farmers market and had random fruit free samples...didnt count this in my cals thoughhh...ha this was all before 9 in the morning

l: a bottle of nesquick chocolate milk((thankgod it has 400 cals per bottle)) and a pb&j on 2 slices WHITE bread...ha i dont have white bread much anymore...white pasta yeah...white bread no

d:a whole baked potato((skin had lots of crisco on it)) inside had butter, laughing cow swiss, salsa, pink beans, lettuce....on the side i had two servings of milk, and a bunch of farmers market black berries((a million times better than the ones at the store)) and baked zucchinni from the garden with lots of olive oil and italian seasoning

marissa: the rules are nothing below 2500 calories for females and 3000 for males.  and you said thats around 2000...it doesnt seem anywhere close to that AND no matter what you are gaining on you cant post below 2500.  Also its better for you to gain on 2500+ because thats the amount your body really needs to repair...do you want to get better or no??? you will only be hurting yoruselfffff...make the healthy choice mmkay =]

crazy: aw im really sorry youre uncomfortable.  It sounds just awful but we have all been through this and it does go away.  You just have to eat through the uncomfortable beginning and it gets bettter, less uncomfortable, less painful, and easier when you start to get closer to a healthy weight

b: slice of ww toast with homemade almond butter, honey, and cinnamon, a blueberry brown cow yogurt with wheat germ((hmmm bluebery brown cow is bad compared to stoneyfields blueberry but its oppisite with peachhhh lol)) and a nectarine

my eats yesterday

b: wegman's brand vanilla bean yogurt with wheat germ, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and kashi honey almond crunch cereal. and a nectarine

l: a bottle of nesquick choco milk, and a wrap((honey ww flatbread with laughing cow swiss cheese, pepperjack cheese, mushed pink beans, black beans, choped onions, bell pepper, mushroom, my homemade redpepper tomatoe salsa and spinach leaves all paninied)) and a kiwi

d: my nanas lasagna, a slice of french bread, side salad with italian dressing, pinapple, and a glass of milk, some cherries and blackberries

okay so i was getting cramps before dinner and a lil while after i was crawled up in a corner....with my WHOLE FAMILY WATCHING...as i screamed and cried because of stomach crampish pain and i passed out cuse of the pain...yeah it was that bad...but i got up for a snack regaurdless

l: went to silver diner with my mom....i had two summer veggie burger sliders((they were really yummy tasting like seriously to die for)) and it came with a spinach salad with this citrus dressing and mango, strawberries, pecans, craisins.  and a glass of chocolate milk

s: this natures path banana manana bar...tasted like banana bread =]

d: chicken pattie topped with provolone cheese and prego...idk for some reason meat has just turned me off and this tasted more like garbage to me which is odd cuse it used to b my fav.  i really wanna be a vegetariannn...but i had a ww bread roll with butter, glass of milk, and blueberries on the side.  oh and a salad((lettuce, cucumber, carrots, sundried tomatoes, cheese, italian dressing))

s: rasberry stoneyfield yogurt with wheat germ, mango macadamia kind bar((i liked it but its kind of an acquired taste kinda thing)), a plum, some cherries, and a few strawberries

zeb: omg i read your blog...LOVE IT!!! so excited its finally up =] and im deffinetely going to give some of the stuff on your list a try...im going to wegmans again...much bigger selection of stuff than safewayyy((Blehhh))) so im writing down some stuff to hunt for =]

oh and peanutbutter is reallllly healthy for you.  Lots of protien, lots of good healthy fats you need, buttttttt i would suggest...if youre health concious...look for an organic brand or well just one that doesnt use corn syrups and lots of sugar to sweeten it.  For example i use smart balance((the yellow one)) it has healthy omegga 3's and is sweetened with agave not sugar.

yesterddays eats:

hey loves!!! sorry ive been so MIA...i really just cant get on during the summer and im sorry. Ive been keeping up the eating though and im still gaining...and im doing sooooo much better!!! im completely over fear foods and calorie counting and i dont have any ED thoughts anymore.  im really happy for all of you and i havnt been keeping up the past week really on your menus....my apologies but i did see that KUHRISTENNNN is done!!! im so proud of you hun!

anywayssss heres what i had today

b: i mixed together a stoneyfield french vanilla yogurt in a bowl with wheat germ, honey almond flax yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. and had a nectarine on the side

l: 2 slices ww toast with lettuce, salmon, chopped cucumber and bell peppers and carrots, laughing cow swiss cheese wedge and mango peach salsa.  And an apple

s: a quarter of those big bag of baby carrots dipped in a quarter of the jar of pb

s: pinapple((if something makes your mouth numb and its all tingly starting about 10 mins after eating till sometime the next day does it mean your allergic????))), cherries, and a mocha chip balance bar

d: large slice homemade cheese and veggie quiche thinggy, glass of milk, blueberries, a salad consisting of bagged spinach, chopped pistachios, raisins, chopped green apple, and a homemade tart honey dressing

mipply: please listen to the advice of the others.  You are not allowed to post menus under 2500 cals though because its triggering for all of us who are eating over 2500...and we can tell you its soooo much better once you start getting better and eating more.  We all dont look "like pigs" hun this is all your ED talking and im sure all of us on here would be more than happy to help you out and talk to you..just message us...or at least me and ill help talk you through this.  we love you and are here for support.  Please keep upping your cals and beat this thing.  dont live your live with this thing eating you away slowly.

s: random veggie appitizers with ma fam and my bestie/sister trin...((mini bell peppers, cucumber, strawberries, pinapple, white peach slices))

d: chicken breast cooked in carribean marinade, tried this gross pasta salad, had ALOT of broccoli salad((broccolli, cauliflower, cheese, mayo, dressing, bacon, raisins, and sunflower seeds)), lots of mixed bean salad, corn on the cob with butter, glass of milk, and strawberries

s: throughout the night....stayed up all night...i had a frosted brownie, a banana with almond butter, and a nutz over chocolate luna bar

ecwk6: okay if you used to use runing and excercising as a way of bulimia you need to find the strength inside of you to STOP COMPLETELY.  you must overcome this and you need to stop running.  You are hurting yourself and everyone on here really cares about you and we dont want you getting worse.  Whoever said having that much movemnt and excercise in one day was completely off because that could seriously hurt or even kill you.  Sorry to be so negative.  but its the truth hun...please stop before things get worse

l: 2 slices ww bread with a tofu spread i made((tofu, honey, dijon, onions, cucumbr, bell peppr, black beans...all mushed together)) and some mango peach salsa and lettuce, a glass of milk, some strawberries and a kiwi

s: cherries and a caramel nut brownie luna bar

d: mother daughter dinner so we made a panko/rosemary/eggwash rub to put on our fresh tilapia and baked it.  made brown rice with swiss cheese and carrots and red bell pepper put in, asparagus cooked in butter, milk, blueberries, and we topped the baked tilapia with a watermelon/jalepeno salsa....soudns wierd but it was really good

s: stayed up realllllly late making random goodies so i had a plum, some cherries, an almonds and apricot kind bar, chocolate underground stoneyfield yogurt with wheat germ, licks of pb fudge batter and muffin batter

 

todays eats:

b: chunk of that pb fudge, a nectarine, a ww english muffin with homemde almond butter and strawberry preserves

l: 2 slicces ww bread with pb, applesauce, and cinnamon...and some licks of brownie batter and a brownie a little later that my guy bestie fed me...haha the same one that made the extreme pb milkshake for me...oh yeah he added pb to the browniess lol

d: ugh i was watching the degrassi premiere aka my obsession hehee and my friend was like no ur waiting till after the show to get food and WOULDNT LET ME EAT UNTIL NINE!!!! ughhhh thats wen the show ended and i was like ravenoussss and pissed cuse i was starving..that was the longest i had been witout food in a long time...but yeah i took a chicken pattie and put it between a hamburger bun with ketchup, lettuce, sliced tomato...glass of milk, an apple, some watermelon, handful of craisins, and lots of tatertots

hey guys...i really wish i could reply to all of you guys but i didnt have time to read through all the posts quite yet...its really late and im really tired..but i will tomarrow..i should have time.  I wish i could post everyday but its summer and im just never homeee....but i love yalll and im glad you guys didnt take my comments as rude =]

but i did read about the binge...and hun it happens...its normal throughout recovery but basically..just make sure you eat consecutively throughout the day and if youre hungry...eat.  Dont deprive yourself during the day because that will deffinetely lead to a binge. 

and rebelchick...IM PROUDD OF YOU!!!! hehe good job on eating what you want =]

ha the other day my friend..like the only one that knows about my recovery...we were making milk shakes and he was like hmm want me to make u a pb one since youre obsessed with it and im like sure and i go get him the new jar and he puts some in and throws it back to me to put away...HE USED HALF THE JAR IN MY MILKSHAKEEE!! hahaa straight up pb is what it tasted like..thats how ya make pb milk lol..i love that boy...he was like girl dont argueee you know you want it...and need it

s: cherries and a chocolate rasberry luna bar

d: veggie burger on 2 slices ww bread with a triangle thing of the laughing cow swiss cheese((non of that low fat stuff though..it was the full fat version lol)) and mango salsa and lettuce.  Glass of milk, applesauce, some strawberries, and some carrots and slices bell peppers dipped in more swiss on the side

--i like em steemed on the stove until mush with a little bit of butter

2. zucchini

--oh theres too many ways to nameeee...i LOVE zucvhini!

3. cauliflower

--uhm it doesnt have much flavor so itd have to be steamed to a mush like brocolli and then it would need some sort of flavoring...cheese i assume would be great..you know itd taste really good in a cheesey pasta

4. green beans

--i really dont like green beansss...i try to avoid them

5. sugar snap peas

--i like them plain..ha alota veggies i enjoy plain

6. baby carrots

--eaten raw

7. artichokes

--oh in pasta along with other chicken, a cheese/cream sauce, and other veggies

8. tortellini pasta

--goes best with a marinara sauce and zuchinni

9. penne

--oh i have this dish i make with mini penne noodles, tomatoes, italian seasonings, basil, chicken, and italian bread crumbs...theres more to it but its baked and really really yummy

10. ravioli

--uhhh ive never tried it cuse my mom hates it

11. pinto beans

--oh i love them in buritoss and what not

12. salmon

--i like it baked in a honey dijon marinade...and the leftovers the next day make a great addition to a salad
