so what if i chose that picture for my avatar? that's totally irrelevant to what we're discussing.

you must know that's a pretty loaded image.  especially around here.  i mean, the one twin (dunno which) is kind-of a pro-ana icon.  if that's an association you want to continue, obviously that's your choice, but it's going to affect how people perceive you.  when i use my hag avatar, it's because i want everyone to know i'm mean.  y'know?

Oh really because when i saw yours i thought oh that dog looks like a bitch.....is that what you want to be perceived as, because your doing a good job. well done and Keep it up!

salmander, if you want to be taken seriously, get a new avatar.

nobody is saying she has to exercise.  i'm usually the first one to advocate taking recovery days, and i firmly believe that getting enough sleep is always more important than getting enough exercise.  what i'm challenging is her perception of what her parents are thinking.  mind-reading is always a bad idea.

Ok on your last post you where basicly saying that i need to grow up!?

and here you are taking a dig at someone over her avatar....wow! contradicting much!

Thank you eerica Smile

Im glad you undrstand its like you shouldnt be eating this much (but you should)....... I think its just the fear of weight gain and what others think.

Did you go through this then? Did you experience any weight gain? if so how long did it take to come off?

And i thought that my overeating (binging) every couple of days has eased off, but i ate loads yesterday like 4000calories easy! but at least there was a 5 gap from last time i did it.

Just feel major puffy today like the marshmallo man off ghostbusters ha!

(im guessing you know what i mean)

thanks again  xxx

The slight gain may be from the water retention in your mucles. Because when you do weight training your mucles tear and then fluid will be stored here to help them heal.

I used to think the same like as if i am really bulking up.......

Give it a week or so and you will see it go again :)

Good luck........

If it's only 2-3 days per week, then I would count it as exercise.

Dont bet yourself up about it 2 days probably wont do any harm.

but i do understand where you are coming from i have the attitude of once i have had a "bad food" i think i might aswell eat anything i was cuz i have messed up today.....and then i try to eat everything i can for that day because i know i cant have it the next day when eating healthy again!

Just keep thinking to yourself a treat wont hurt.

I can eat again soon.

I dont need to eat it all today.

hope that helped a bit....good luck Laughing!

Its also good to mix up your workout. So on the days you dont feel like running is a good thing Smile because then you can find another form of working out.
