How has everyone been doing so far? Day 3 of March is pretty bad for me.. lol! I promised myself I wouldn't do bad for the beginning, but here I am eating badly teehee!

I haven't gone to the gym yet this month (I know only Day 3 of the month, but still) I am going to go tomorrow and I know that I am going to love it.. It is just last week caught up to me (very busy) and now this week I am sluggish because of it!

I hope everyone is doing better than me heh

So I am at the same weight as I was last week. I am okay with that though because I did see 171.6 on Wednesday but I ate pretty bad on the weekend (Movies, beer, oh my!) I don't know if I will make it to my goal, but I am pretty close =]

That is some really good advice v_avila I won't get disheartened if I don't make it to where I thought I would by June. I already know that it will be a long journey so I will keep a positive attitude the whole way!

 

I am looking forward to losing the inches thats for sure! And although I would love to lose the weight fast, I know that isn't realistic and it won't help for my long term goal of maintaining! Thanks for your thoughts!

Well I started my diet on Wednesday, and I have weighed myself every morning since then..I plan on weighing myself tomorrow and then Sunday... After that, it will be once a week.. Sun or Mon mornings! =]

prettyjuicyc Just have to comment that I am pretty much in the same boat as you. 23, alsways have been overweight since I can remember.. I weighed 176.6 and I want to lose about 12-15 lbs by my roommates birthday... which is March 18th heh

Though long-term I want to lose more.

Just be careful and don't strave yourself, 25 lbs is a bit much to lose in that short of time, especially if you want to stick with the lower weight for the long-term!

Congrats pbear123!! It is amazing what that little title from Obese to Overweight can really do for your soul! I will be jumping around when I meet my mini goal even though I have a long way to go!

Seeing people on these boards get excited over this, is amazing and very inspirational!!! =]
