That's phenomenal. Do you feel energized? I cannot WAIT to be under 200. I'm at 212 now. Was there any big push you did to get over that hump? Or under it rather? |

That's so awesome. You've lost an INCREDIBLE precentage of body weight already. The hardest part for me is how losing weight isn't instant. I am a "here and now" type of person that thrives on instant results, so the slow process of weight loss is agonizing to me. The lesson here is that you shouldn't let the slowness depress or deflate you. Just remember that every month you spend losing a few pounds is potential time added on the end of your life. |

In January I started my serious attempt at getting back to my previous weight of about 185. I started the month out at about 225 pounds. As of this morning when I weighed in I was at 212.5 pounds. I'm super stoked, and hope to keep on losing. |
