yes, keep running!!! If you run a little faster at the very end of your run, it will build up endurance. Just push youself, its totally worth it. I started running just one mile a couple times a week, and now i've gotten up to 8.5 miles! Its so nice and you really do feel great afterwards. Plus, runners have great legs! |

I really like this! Recently I've been feeling like food consumes my life. I think about my weight and what I'm going to eat and when ALL THE TIME. I'm totally going to try to focus more on things that make me happy, becuase you are right, looking a certain way isn't important, but the way you feel about yourself and how comfortable you are is! |

We're going to Beijing, Chengdu, Lhasa, and also Tibet. Bringing a box of power bars is a good idea! Thank you for all of your help :) I am so excited to be going now! It sounds like it will be a good expirence, even with the crazy toliets! |
