First and foremost you should see an Ob/gyn if you can. You are only doing yourself further harm. You need to gain some weight to put you in the normal weight range for your height. Once there if you don't get your period back after a couple  of months it could signify other problems within your body. I speak from experience. I ended up having a partial hysterectomy when I was 37. I had months (up to 6) where there were no periods and then months when it wouldn't stop.I don't want to scare you but listen to your body, I wish I had. Don't let it go on much longer. See your Doctor. To bad you don't live up here in Canada, that would all be covered by the Provincial Health system.

Don't give up and stop the "Diet" I refer to my plan as the "Healthy Living Plan". When I started this I weighed 180 lbs, and when I joined CC I was almost down to my desired weight of 124, a few more pounds. here's what I did;

1. get a MP3 or similar device, and load it with your favourite music.

2. go for a good hour long walk, with your music on that hour will go by quickly, if you can, do this daily.

3. go shopping for a target outfit,

4. get yourself some health food cook books and reinvent some of the recipes in the book, it's fun and I've found that I could actually improve on some of those recipes.

5. DON'T get discouraged.

When asked if you would like a piece of cake just tell the co-worker thanks for offering but I really can't at this time.
