Hi allibug!

I would love to join you in losing 10 pounds by May (for me it would be by May 20th which is my 25th birthday :) )

CALORIE LIMIT: 1300 - 1500 cal

My diet consists of lost of fruit and veggies, protein shake (and meat :) ). I try and keep a variety of healthy food in my fridge and just mix it up everyday and keep to my calorie limit.

EXERCISE: 5 Days of Cardio, 2 Days of Weight Training and 2 days of toning (lots of stretching!)

WATER: couple of cups of green tea and about 2L of water a day

MEET YOUR GOAL?: SOON!

GOOD ADVICE FOR ANYONE: Its a matter of trial and error until you find the exercise and diet that works for you. So don't give up!

Hi everyone!

Age: 25 and 5ft 7in
Start Weight and Date: 10 Feb 2009 @ 197 lbs
Current Weight: 188.5 lbs
Goal Weight and Date you're hoping to reach it: Between 145 and 155 lbs (will see as i go, I have a certain pair of jeans that i want to get into :) ) by 1 Sept 2009
Weight Loss History: I was very fit and active 3 years ago, then I decided to do a year long very intense postgrad course that did not give me ANY time to exercise and gained so much weight from eating pizza at 2am in the morning while in the lab and WAY too much wine (never a good thing!). Last year i tried every crash diet ever created and it worked for a while but by the end of the year had put back ALL the weight and then some! So have decided to do it right this time round.
Your Weight Loss Plan: I'm now exercising regularly (cardio 5 x a week, toning 2 x a week and weight training 2 x a week). I am also eating healthy food and limiting myself to between 1300 and 1500 cal a day. 

Weight Loss Anyone else actually finding that they are losing the will to overeat? Mar 17 2009

yep am experiencing the same thing! its actually wierd. I log all the food that i have eaten and end up having to add a couple of fruits or something just to reach my daily calorie intake
