I weigh myself every morning.  It helps me stay on track, and also learn that you can't gain or lose 3 lbs over night.  It makes the overall fluctuation much easier to handle. 

I have a lot of friends who weigh themselves once a week, simply because they can't handle the daily fluctuation however.

Sorry I haven't checked in yet!  Work has been crazy so I've been away from forums and posting!

 

I joined CC just this January, so I am still fairly new to the site, but I have loved every minute of it, and think it's a great resource!  This is my third BL challenge, and I do think they are very motivational!  I have a tendency to lurk and just read what everyone else is doing. . .I only throw in my two cents when I think it'll really add to the conversation.  

I am a high school band director, and fall is our competitive marching band season, so I am definitely crazy busy right now and can use the support and motivation of this challenge to keep me on track.

I like the Kashi GOLean Crunchy Protein and Fiber Bars.  I eat them as a snack after work, before I go work out.  It helps tide me over until dinner.

Hey blue team!

 

Sorry I haven't checked in yet!  My internet has been a little sketchy lately. . .boo.  I have been counting calories and exercising.  I think it really takes the combination of both for me to be successful.. .just one or the other doesn't cut it for me!  I've also been trying to eat healthier, get in more fruits and veggies, cut out all of the junk!

Let's all have a great challenge this time around!
