Yeah, but it's also twice the price :( Thanks for everyone's input, i'm gonna count it now and see what happens. I'm giving blood tomorrow so maybe that'll compensate haha i guess giving blood nixes 600 cals off your intake... now... to resist the cookie once more...

HIIT did seem like the perfect solution but in practice unless i stick to a steady rate i have trouble getting a good work out. I will burn myself out too quickly.

Weight Loss Can you gain weight on whole grain bread even if it is within your allowed calories? Jun 17 2009

Ahhh sodium... i never thought to look at that aspect. That would make sense if it were water weight because about 4 days after i cut the bread my weight and waistline went back down and i didnt work out that much, only like 4 miles of running/jogging. According to the nutrition facts it has 8% per 2 slices and if i ate at least 16 slices a day thats 64% of my sodium. Then add in the diet pop i was drinking and the salt from the garlic and the sodium in the syrup... that was probably what did it. The bread is pretty balanced as far as protein and it does have some good fats. I probably will just stock up and not only eat bread and throw it in the freezer...

Thanks for your reply ds1973. You seem like a pretty "in the know" kinda guy. I was reading the sites you gave but none tell you how long you are supposed to work out for. They say to work a muscle set until failure in 3-5 reps or so. However, how many different muscle groups should i work out a day? They seem to overlap as far as if i work my biceps or thighs to failture its a lot harder to train my chest muscles or even my abs since u have to use your arms and legs for the abdominal. Should i WANT to be aching all over and push through it just maybe doing less weight as the workout goes on or is that something to avoid? Basically in a nutshell im just curious if there is a such a thing as overdoing weight training in a day like there is cardio. I heard about an hour of hard sweaty cardio is the max, what is it for weights?
