Wishbone's Italian dressing, 90 cal for 2 tablespoons. I've had it on a salad almost every day for 6 months, and on days I don't have salad I get cravings for it! |

I'm with you guys! I'm 5'6" and currently at 129, but I've been stuck between 128 and 132 for months! I'd like to get down to 120 by June 1st. Let's do this! |

I started doing this about a week ago, I did level 1 for 4 days in a row then moved on to level 2 which I've done 3 times now, and I'm already seeing amazing results! My jeans fit better in the thigh area today and my arms, while they've been sore pretty much every day, are starting to look more toned. I'm going to do this every day for the next week and then I have a 10 day vacation. I can't wait to see what another week does! |

Today I did level 1 for the first time. I've been working out on a regular basis for over 6 months and didn't find level 1 challenging. Tomorrow I'm going to try out level 2 and see how that goes. I used 5 pound weights for most of the moves but had to use 3 pounds for ones that work the back muscles as mine are still pretty weak. The thing I really loved about this was Jillian's motivation. Most fitness dvds try to push that their workout is "easy" and that you'll get results in "no time". Jillian stresses that her clients bodies "don't come for free" and that you can't just "phone it in." There were a few times where I wanted to stop and skip the last few reps just for a 3 second break but Jillians reminders stopped me! I'm going to do this every day for 10 days and see what kind of results I get! |

I have 10 pounds to go and some more toning work and I'll be able to fit into size 2 pants, which I'm going to celebrate with designer jeans! I'm thinking Seven For All Mankind... Very exciting! |
