i just bought it for the first time today and it is soooo good. i eat cereal plain a lot and this is REALLY good plain. it is hard.... like granola, i guess. try it though! if you have to, let it get really soft in milk. it's yummmmmmmy though!

i'm reading a lot about running b/c i'm planning on running a marathon in april and i read about cramps. running obviously makes you sweat and lose salt. that is part of the reason you cramp. yes, of course you need water! but you also may need to up your sodium before a run. if it is a really long run (like a marathon), it's helpful to eat a few tiny pretzels every once in a while. hope this helps!!!

it depends on how little you are eating and for how long. is it the whole time everytime? try eating some calorie dense foods like peanuts. they are pretty light on the tummy.

about exercise... how much is too much? don't workout for HOURS everyday. i'd say cardio wise, stick w/ 30-60 minutes. if you want to do more weight training that's fine. i used to do cardio about 1.5 hours a day everyday and i don't have my period anymore. the doc thinks that my exercise and low fat diet are the reason but he's not worried, esp since i've been taking it easier now.  just be healthy about the diet. not too extreme!

wow! we are sooo much alike! i love sweets and some good bread! luckily, there are some good low cal ones out there. there is one made my nature's own that is 'wheat bread, double fiber'. i really like that. there is also some tortillas that 'tortilla factory' makes that are low carb, low fat.... only 50 cals/ tortilla and they are sooo much better than regular tortillas. use them instead of bread sometimes! don't cut out your bread though, it's a necessity! :) good luck

i just tried it on sunday when my family was eating regular spaghetti.... it was AWESOME!! i had no idea how to do it and i'd never seen it before either. it is yellow and pretty big. i just sliced it in half, pulled out the seeds and then cut off the chunk i wanted to eat. i put it in the microwave in water for about 10 min and ta da!! yummmmm. try it soon!!!!! :)

i'm not much of a low cal baker when it comes to cooking at my house. my family isn't as into it as me so we don't keep all the substitutions and such around all the time. i did, however, find some fat free blueberry muffins at walmart. i find them not only at the bakery but on the cart that has things that are reduced b/c they are about to expire. that cart is awesome.... haha. anyway, it's just an FYI b/c they are 120/muffin. they also have banana! yummmmmm!!

i do eat a good and healthy dinner almost exactly like that when i get home. i tell myself i'm full and i go do something else. 30 min later i'm at the food again. we have some diet sprite cake from the 4th of july. ON the 4th, i had a half a piece. between yesterday and today i've eaten HALF THE CAKE!!

i think i've decided to put my BED to BED. after dinner i'll go tan and run or walk. i'll take a shower and if i feel like eating... i'll go to bed... even if it's 8:00. a little extra sleep could never hurt.

when you guys eat a lot to you get really hot and sweaty? i feel like i just got finished working out after i binge. that CAN'T be normal....

i read somewhere that if you exercise, you are supposed to drink the number of calories you burned in milliliters. so if you go out and burn 250 cals, make sure you slurp down an extra 250 ml (8 oz)
