Good morning everyone, Weighed in yesterday at 209 again, just holding my own this week, only consuming 1600-1625 calories per day so hope some more of this weight comes off soon. Has been steady for the last couple of months but the chart still shows a downward trend so that is good. Have been doing yard work and repairs around the outside getting ready for winter which should be here soon. See you all next week, Roger from Western NY. |

Hi everyone, weighed in this am at 209, loss of 1 lb. slow and steady, the line on the chart shows a slow steady decrease, that is good. We have to keep in mind that it took 20+ years to put this on, we will take it off the same way. Have a good week, Roger from Western NY. |

Hi Guys, weighed in this am at 210lbs. down one for the week, realy got my hopes up yesterday when I weighed in at 208. That would have been nice but not to happen today. At least my graph is on a steady downward decline, that is good. I have to remember that it took 20 years to put the extra 100 lbs on so it will take time to get it off. Hi Guys, weighed in this am at 210lbs. down one for the week, realy got my hopes up yesterday when I weighed in at 208. That would have been nice but not to happen today. At least my graph is on a steady downward decline, that is good. I have to remember that it took 20 years to put the extra 100 lbs on so it will take time to get it off. Hi Everyone, I did not make 210 this week as I wanted to, Still at 211 this am. I did go to the Dr. this am for a checkup and he was thrilled that I have lost 20 lbs. since the last visit. He was amazed that this was done on my own and was very impressed that I had a record of calorie intake since February of this year with me. I have has some days that show up on the monthly reports as C, C-, and C+, he was not alarmed at that and said to expect those days. As We discussed what I was doing and the records that I was keeping, this is an important part of the whole program, to look back and see what you did wrong on those bad days and try to correct yourself next time. So I am very pleased with my progress and looking forward to the weeks to come and loosing more each month. Have a good week, Roger from Western NY. |

Hi to all of the newcomers signed in. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I know how hard it is, it seems the first few lbs. come off fast then everything slows down. I weighed in this am at 211, hoped to be 210 but I am not so looking for 210 next Friday. Getting cooler up here in Western NY now so the outside activities will be slowing down and not so much natural exercise. It does not seem like it is going very fast but when I look at the graph it is a steady downhill ride. Praise God for that, We will all make it if we stick together and keep on logging our calories. laurenb, We are doing fine here, sounds like the same thing you are going through, have been stuck in the 217-220 range for a few weeks but not have broke out of that and are in the 212-215 range the past couple of weeks. Looking forward or a solid 210 soon which was my goal for Sept 1. I know that will soon be a reality, I have cut back a bit on calorie intake the past couple of weeks and a little more activity is helping, I am so hapy not to in the 240-250 range that I was the first of the year. That was exactly why I considered loosing weight, I was taking into the house a 25 lb. bag of birdfeed last December, Huffing and a puffing as I was doint it. I tought to myself "how stupid can you be to carry around two or three of these all day when you don't have to". Have a good weekind, see you here next week. Roger from Western NY. |
