Listen...All that soda youre probably drinking is just gonna give u a butt load of cellulite in the future!Water hydrates you 982309183 times more than any soda. I hate soda.. It took me a while to get used to drinking water cuz all I drank was kool-aid all the time when I was younger. But now I'm addicted to water. Think of it this way...Would you rather have 200calories of orange soda or 200 calories of a brownie after your salad you had for lunch? c:

And I'm so sick an tired of peope saying junk food is easier. You know whats even easier? GRABBING A BAG OF GRANOLA OR A PIECE OF FRUIT BEFORE YOU GO TO BED.

i deffinitly agree with the person above me. I was always really chunky when I was younger. When I was your age I was 135lbs and about the same height as you.

Now I'm 18, 2 inches taller, and 25lbs lighter. You just gotta let your body grow into itself. And don't eat any less than you should because you will have a lot of health issues in the future if youre not getting proper nutrition!

prozac made me feel really weird! and made me gain weight almost instantly

ask your doctor for cymbalta

ive been on 3 antidepressants and this one worked best for me!

and not made me gain any weight c: which is a major plus

the only reason people gain weight on these drugs is because of their lack of eating HEALTHY foods. like fruits and veggies. theyre really good once u get used to them! im eating grapes and a banana right now and its amazing. lol

anyways..i ended up stopping the AD's all together though, i think theyre just a waste of money

you just have to learn to take life as it is, no matter how depressing and **** up and evil the world is

trust me, take it from someone who knows

I'd definitly go to Macy's.

They always have such a large selection.

Your problem probably isn't your body shape, cuz your right! a lot of people probably have the same body shape as you! you just need to figure out what style works best. I recommend a high wasted dress like so

duuuude, same here

heres the thing

its extremely unhealthy for someone as young as you to eat so little. especially since youre a boy. usually boys need more to help them grow or youre going to have some major health problems in the future. if you eat more healthy foods, you can increase ur calorie intake and it will probably help you lose weight or maintain. but if youre trying to eat one meal a day with only 1200 cals  of a sub and chips and a cookie, ur sadly mistaken if you think thats going to help you. stick to healthy snacks and fruits n veggies. theyre so much better for you and once u get used to eating them instead of a bunch of junk, you'll find that you feel loads better and dont get really hungry throughout the day and you;ll find that it helps with your digestion process as well.

exercise is another option. but i shouldnt be one to talk, i sit around all day so i just decrease my calorie intake cuz it works for me.

dude, i eat a whole box of honeycombs like everyother day cuz i love them so much and im underweight.

i really dont think it matters as long as you balance it out with your other meals.

i do exactly what someone else said... just snack on cereal throughout the day in between meals. its kinda my safety food i guess. but it really hasnt made me gain weight or anything.and i gain and lose weight pretty easily.
