It took my husband and I about 5 years of not being on birth controll. We didnt monitor cycles just didn't use bc. But I had surgery on my cervix and he had mumps, so we had issues.

You know there are calories in air conditioning and heating. You should turn off all environmental controls in your house, and then petition work to do the same. Its super unhealthy to breath in all those extra cals, plus you get the bonus of freezing/heat stroke. Death is certain to make you shed those extra lbs.

I think that distribution of pornographic images of teens is not child pornography when the situation is this specific sexting situation.

If I am 16 and I send my boyfriend, who I am sexually active with a picture of myself naked I wouldn't consider it child pornography. I wouldn't consider it exploitation. I sent it. I took the picture. I chose to take my cell phone and pose naked for a picture. Why should I go to jail for something I concented to giving out. We are saying that these "children" are old enough to concent to sexual activity but not to whether or not they can give a pornographic picture of themselves to their boyfriend/girlfriend. That is insane.

I love how everyone is so apt to blame the media. There is so little personal responsibility left in the world today. I think someone has to be pretty off their rocker for the "TV" to convince them of something so scary and malevolent that the only suitable course of action is murder. Perhaps this person was just deranged. Have you ever been to clay county KY? I have been in a lot of rural KY and I can say that there are some whackos that isolate themselves out there. ISOLATION does amazing things to the psyche.

Or like another poster said. He could have just killed himself.

Well, I have noticed that I get VERY winded VERY easily now, which never  happened before I was pregnant.  I have to take lots more breaks too.  I am almost 20 weeks, and it just keeps getting harder!! 

One thing no one told me until recently is that you're not supposed to get your heart rate above 140 when you're pregnant, 150 max.  Before I knew that, I'd push it a lot harder and find myself feeling exhausted and miserable after a workout.  Not only that, something that used to barely raise my heartrate really pumps it up now.  Do you wear a heartrate monitor emilysmi?  If not, just make sure to check your heart rate here and there when you're exercising, because I feel much, much better after a workout if I push it but not beyond the 140-150 heart rate range. 

Oh, and congrats!  When are you due?

 I didn't know that about the heartrate!! I am glad you told me. I am due march 17th so I am about 13-15 weeks (I can't ever keep track.)

 Is ok. I have some too. I think everyone has them. I also hate spiders!! I am so scared of them I cant even get close to them cause they might jump on me and kill me.

Once when I was young I killed a preggers wolf spider. A billion trillion baby spiders went out of the body. I thought I was hallucinating. It was the scariest thing ever!!
