The BMI tool no longer list me in the "severely overweight" group. I am now "moderately overweight". Moderately overweight has never looked so good! |

I'm hoping I'll be able to keep mine and I think I have a pretty good chance. It's in my genes. My mom, at her tiniest of 5'2 and 125lbs had DD. We'll see, I'm already down 20 lbs and my chest has remained intake. |

Hi hun, I'm sorry about your father treating you that way. I can relate, my dad was really hard on me growing up and eating became my release. I couldn't get through it until I sought counselling. Is there anyone you can talk to about your brother? Little brothers are stubborn, I have one of those as well. It's definitely easier said than done but you have to ignore what he says. He loves you, but he obviously has a lot of growing up to do and he's trying to get through some tough times with your dad. Offer your support but try not to nag, it seems like that will just push him to higher extremes. Congrats on losing some weight! Hopefully you're healthy lifestyle will eventually click with your brother. Try talking to your mom or other adult figure about your brother's bad eating habits. Take care. |

I have a rather small omg moment. I've only been doing this since late February and I've lost about 15lbs. I was at the gym this morning doing the seated leg curl. When doing this, a bar will rest on the top of your thighs to hold your legs in place. Before I was at the 2nd biggest notch, now I'm down to the 3rd biggest notch! I didn't realize I was losing inches until that moment. Another omg moment came today as well, I put on a blouse I've had for a while. It's a short sleeve blouse with buttoms on the sleeves, when I wore it before, I had to undo the buttons because it used to be too tight on my upper arms. I could do them up today and actually had extra room! I felt really good all day with those two small omg moments. |

Are you currently on your period? That can definitely have something to do with it. Maybe introduce some weight training into your gym routine. |

I pack my lunch and gym bag the night before. I even lay out the clothes I'm going to wear in the morning. With this, I only need 15 minutes to eat, brush my teeth, get dressed and out the door. You're gone before you realise you've even woken up. I also make to to go to bed early so I can get a full 8 hours sleep. |
