| Weight Loss | I am just so confused... | May 06 2009 13:22 (UTC) |

What everyone else said, and... Weight training 6 days a week is too much, your muscles need time off in between workouts to repair themselves. If not, you won't see the results you want and you will eventually wind up fatigued which creates a cycle that is difficult to get out of. I was overtraining (lifting 6 days a week) until I discovered the New Rules of Lifting for Women and haven't looked back. Congrats on your achievements thus far and best of luck to you!! stix |

It's my understanding that according to law, manufacturers are afforded some leeway with respect to nutritional analysis. i.e. calories. If I find the link I'll post it. |

I second Subway, a turkey breast wrap or for a lower sodium count, a veggie delight wrap, just mustard, no cheese. Take all the veggies, very filling, and one of the better options if you're stuck. Quiznos has some more reasonable options now too. Both Subway and Quiznos post their nutritional analysis at the counter so you have a better idea of what you're in for. Some of the salads at the fast food places are okay but the salad dressings are ridiculous. If I must get a salad there, I just put vinegar on or lemon/lime if they have it, no dressing. I always go online and check items out before I go out to see what I can have. I also keep a copy of Fat Counter in my car in case I need a reference. |
