So I have this crazy thing with fresh fruit. Other than bananas I stayed away. I have this fear that it is going to taste gross. But I have discovered that I love it and a new one I tried was pineapple. It is awesome. I have also discovered that I like green peppers and ground turkey tastes like ground hamburger.

Thank you so much for those kind words lilygirl! It makes it easier knowing others are out there caring and understanding. It is still slightly embarrassing, at least for me, to say I have been bad and not following things as I should. But I will be better and I will remember that at least one person here feels the way I feel or has at some point. |

Well all, I haven't been schmoozing or losing much these last few weeks. I am terrible sorry for that. My husband and I have been having financial and marital difficulties. I haven't not been able to focus on me like I would usually do. All of my energy has gone else where. But, this weekend we had a bit of a breakthrough. So I am hoping that things will be better with us and in turn be better with me. I will get back to my posting on here. But no weigh in this weekend. I will weigh in next week as I easy back into my ways....Thank you all for reading and understanding.

I have been doing well on my goals from week two. Still not 100% on my logging but doing better. I am getting my water goal. Even on the weekends, which are always rough. When it comes to this weeks challenge, I find that two things work best for me. Enough sleep, and remembering to take my iron pills. I am anemic and if I don't I can really tell. I am also wanting to start trying to eat foods with more iron in them. Any suggestions? |

Well I am still up from my beginning weight but I am down from last week! 175.8! I am happy about that. I have made my goal of drinking 128 ounces of water. But not my calorie logging. I will do better this week! |

I am still here! I have been gone for a while and I apologize. I have only posted once and that is no good. I have left my support group. And I have nothing to show for it but a weight gain! I am back up to 179!! I am very mad at my self. Here is my pledge! I do solemnly swear that for all of September and October I will drink 128 ounces of water a day and count my calories everyday! I do best when I drink a lot of water and stay connected to CC! |

Woot Woot wieght for this week 176.6! I have also accomplished my water goal everyday this week...so far. We will have to see how the weekend goes. I am not very good about my water intake on the weekends.

Sorry my weigh in is late. I was 177.8 this week. Woot! That is finally a loss.
My water goal will be toe drink 128 ounces a day. I usually drink 96 so I don't think this will be hard. |

I have a few things that help me when I am feeling down. 1. I remember that on January 1st of this year I weighed 202 lbs. I now weigh 179. 2. My daughters. My oldest one is 5 and after about 15 lbs lost she would look at me and say "Wow Mamma, you've lost alot of weight." I just remember the amazement in her voice. 3. I will have ups and downs. But reading about everyone else struggels and how they recover help me to move past mine and become a better person. |

My physical challenge and food challenges aren't going so well. I have been on vacation. But on the 10 hour car ride home I made a plan. A three week plan with reevaluation after week three.
My rewards are after 5-7 lbs I am going to start wearing jewlery again. After 10 lbs I am going to buy an new outfit from Old Navy! |

Sorry I am late weighing in. I was back up to 178.8 this week. Oh well move ahead right.
I haven't really worked out since June. And this is really a bad week. I have VBS 6-8 Mon-Thurs and then I will be on vacation from Friday-Monday. I also work full time and have two children so my week is going to be strained for time. But I will make three promises 1. I will not take the elevator at all at work this week. 2. I will put a little pep in my step as I move around. 3. I will walk alot on vacaction. It is the black hills after all! |
